Feel the rhythm moving through your body.
If your hand's on your belly,
Focus on the rise and fall of your stomach.
Use this reset to remind you that you're alive,
You're safe,
You are indeed okay,
And you can continue on with your day.
Even when you know you're going to be okay,
Sometimes we just need to hear it from someone else.
