Hey lovely,

This is a quiet place for tired minds.

You don't need to do anything,

Just let yourself arrive.

If your mind feels busy today,

You're not alone.

Some days thoughts just pile up like laundry.

So let's set everything down for a moment.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down,

Let your hands rest loosely,

Take a slow breath in and a longer breath out.

Nothing to solve right now,

Nothing to figure out.

For the next few minutes,

Life,

Notice where your body feels tight,

Jaw and gently invite those places to soften,

Just allowing.

Imagine you are sitting beside calm water,

Maybe a slow river,

The surface smooth and steady.

Each thought that appears,

Place it on a little leaf and watch it float away,

Just letting it drip.

Another thought comes,

Your mind doesn't need to be empty,

It just doesn't need to hold everything,

I can soften.

With each exhale,

Your body grows heavier.

For the next few moments,

Just breathe,

Move your fingers and toes,

Take a slower rhythm with you,

Moving slowly back into your day,

But you don't have to match its volume,

And you can return here whenever you need.
