Sound Bath Live At The Cathedral | May 2026

Welcome! Since 2023, Douglas has delivered a free community sound bath at the Cathedral of St. John of Albuquerque, NM. And now we're able to stream it live here on Insight Timer on the first Monday of every month. (Holidays may push the date one week ahead, so please check our next live event scheduled here on IT, and join us!) This video is the first upload of this event (vertical format), a 30-minute excerpt from May 2026. It not only shows Douglas's joy of playing, but we hope it brings about the same serene, peaceful, and contemplative state for you as it does those attending in person, allowing you a moment's rest and a well-deserved break from the pace and stress around us.
