Welcome to this guided meditation,
Which I like to call a frequency infusion,
Where I will be channeling a crystal healing activation using a crystal layer designed to assist anyone needing to let go and release old pain.
It's designed to help clear the pathway moving forward with renewed direction,
Freedom and positivity as we step into our personal power.
My name is Laurie Jane and I am a Certified Master Transpersonal Crystal Healing Practitioner and Energy Healer and today I will be working with your energy as I channel this beautiful crystal healing activation using the power of intention for your highest and best good.
This is going to be a session where we infuse the vibration of selected crystals to support you on a deep vibrational level.
This transmission will help you release aspects of your past and help you to heal the present moment while bringing forth a sense of clarity.
So as we begin,
I invite you to take a few deep breaths and just allow your body to relax,
Allowing every breath to relax you deeper and deeper,
Letting go of anything you no longer require to hold onto,
Releasing any tension and allowing yourself to get into the state of receiving,
A state of flow.
As I begin to connect with you now energetically so that I can channel this high vibrational crystal layout to your energy field.
You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.
The energy I am channeling to you today is divine energy,
Its source energy so is of the highest vibration direct from source consciousness.
Energy knows no time and space so this allows me to send you the energy signature of this session and activation so you can receive the benefits.
I now call forth the energy of protection and I invite you to visualize a white light coming from the top of your head down through your body.
As it reaches the soles of your feet it then comes back up and wraps around your entire body and being.
We allow this white light to then expand out into the room you are currently in,
Expanding further through your entire house.
This white light keeps you safe and protected during this session.
We now invite Archangel Michael with his diamond silver sword to assist in clearing out any lower vibrational energies which are not here for your highest good.
We also call in the blue dragons to fly in and around you 3 times,
Breathing their fire to transmute any lower frequencies in which Michael is unable to reach.
We also invite Archangel Saint Germain to cast his platinum violet flame around your energy now so that any negativity you release during the session can be transmuted back into pure energy of love and light.
We call forth our spiritual teachers and angelic guides of the highest truth and integrity to contribute to this healing for your best and highest good with ease and grace.

We invite the medicine forth of our spirit animal,
The crab.
The crab teaches us to trust cycles of change and accept this new road leading towards transformation.
As we release and let go of old hurts,
Resentments and unresolved anger,
We welcome new energy where we are ready to step into the magic of the new present that leads towards our best possible outcome.
And just like running water,
Everything is constantly changing.
If something no longer feels good for you,

Embrace the changes in attitude and behaviour that will occur after this session as these are the consequences of soul frequency recalibration.
We now connect with Pegasus,
The divine winged horse.
He comes forth today to assist our journey and offer his medicine to support our reconnection to our innate freedom.
He awakens our sensitivity to truth and enhances our ability to process information with clarity so that we can respond intuitively and appropriately.
We now welcome the white tiger as he steps forward today to offer his support and encouragement.
He stands by you during the session as you release toxic relationships and friendships in your life.
Negative attitudes and emotional vampires that may be manipulating your soul's freedom to assist you to remove yourself from the game,
Cut the negative cords and be free.
I am now willing and able to stand in my own power.
Each experience enhances my love,
Strength and self worth.
I will now start to connect with the energy signatures of the crystals for today's session.
I invite you to imagine,
Sense or feel the most favourite place you like to go.
Whether this is a track in the forest,
Sitting watching the waves at the beach or being immersed in a beautiful bath,
Whatever your favourite escape place is,
I give you a moment to connect with that space and allow yourself to go there.

So I will give you a moment to get ready.
I will now begin the session as I start to invoke the energy signatures of each of the crystals and connect these to you starting below your feet at the earth star chakra.
Today I have chosen to work with Orthoseris which is used to help us connect to the past and accept situations that are beyond our control.
It is a great grounding crystal to help anchor the energies of this transmission.
It is also very helpful when it comes to emotional healing as it has the ability to release and let go of emotional blockages,
Promote self confidence and alleviate anxiety and stress.
Now bringing your awareness to our crown chakra,
We connect with a clear quartz cluster.
This allows the energy to expand and reach its pure vibrational energy out to all directions,
Expanding our awareness and helping us to connect with our higher self for guidance and helping us to acknowledge that we are beings of limitless potential.
Moving back down to the root chakra,
Located at the base of the spine,
This is the chakra of safety,
Support and abundance.
It represents our connection to the physical world.
Today we are using Smoky Quartz,
A powerful energy clearing and protective crystal that assists us to transform our fears and judgements and bring them to the light so they can be transmuted.
It also helps to draw blocked energy downwards for release.
Using Bloodstone,
This helps to cleanse the lower chakras and offers emotional resilience,
Strength and courage.
Smoky Quartz works on the energetic level while Bloodstone works more on the physical.
As we move up to our sacral chakra,
Which is located just below your belly button,
This chakra is associated with sensual flow,
Pleasure,
Creativity,
Sexuality and beauty and is described as the seat of our emotions.
Today we are connecting to Chai's delight as this enables us to facilitate change,
New direction and transition as well as providing emotional stability.
It encourages certainty and a direction of growth and helps us to choose the path that is most beneficial for our expansion.
We now bring our awareness to the solar plexus,
Which is located just above your belly button,
In your upper diaphragm.
This chakra is the chakra of empowerment,
Willpower,
Action,
Drive and fulfilment.
As we now invoke the energy signature of Citrine,
It helps us to remain positive and find joy in our transition.
Citrine has the ability to shine a light onto the darkness,
Helping us to let go from any fear or uncertainty we may be feeling.
Most of the time when we find ourselves unable or unwilling to let go or move on from something,
It is because we have a significant emotional investment in it.
I now invite you to bring your awareness to your heart chakra.
This is the chakra that represents self-acceptance,
Forgiveness,
Nurture and relationships.
Working with the energy of the signature of Rose Quartz,
This provides us with the emotional support we need at such a transformational time.
It reminds us that during our journey we are allowed to honour ourselves as we grow,
Shift and change.
Sometimes the journey comes with some painful or difficult truths that we must face in order to move forward and Rose Quartz ensures we remain emotionally supported.
We now invite you to bring your awareness to your high heart chakra,
Which is located just up from your heart in your thymus and is an important activator of higher consciousness.
Today we will combine this with the energetic frequencies of Labradorite and Chrysocolla.
Labradorite helps us to better understand what is happening in and around us as it calms the mind and brings forth a wisdom on a mental,
Emotional and spiritual level,
As it helps us to draw wisdom from our experiences and understand ourselves on a much deeper level.
Understanding is a vital step towards acceptance and acceptance is a vital step towards letting go.
Chrysocolla helps to support our heart chakra and soothe and sedate a fearful mind,
Allowing change to step forward.
As we move up to the throat chakra,
This is the seat of our expression.
We are working with Aquamarine.
This is a stone that encourages you to let go of your feelings and cleanse negative thoughts and limited belief systems.
It inspires truth and trust and reminds us of the ocean with its pretty blue appearance.
Moving our ways up the higher chakras,
As we bring our awareness to the third eye chakra,
Located in the centre of our forehead.
This chakra is all about a connection with the universal consciousness,
Where we access limitless ideas,
Information and basically answer any question we have.
We connect to the energy signature of Sodalite.
This crystal brings us much needed clarity and calm,
While Leopard light bathes us in a warmth of universal love and connectedness.
Moving up to the crown chakra,
Again connecting to the clear courts,
This allows us to see the path clearly ahead.
It assists us to process and open the doorways to higher consciousness,
So that we can rise above and be unburdened from our earthly attachments.
Also supporting the crown chakra today,
We are using a range of Amethyst and Lemurian points.
Together these help to channel and enhance intuition and our spiritual vision as it draws in higher dimensional wisdom and understanding,
And supports us on a mental level as it clears away clutter from the brain,
Creating space to enable us to shift forward towards our spiritual evolution.
We now take a moment to call upon our guides of the highest truth and integrity,
And divine energy to come forth and cleanse your energy grids,
Energy bodies,
Chakras,
Unconscious and conscious minds of all energies that do not resonate or vibrate at 100% pure love,
Light and truth.
Using the deck of the little book of light codes from Lahara,
I shuffled and asked which light codes would like to contribute to this session,
And the light codes we will be connecting to are Akaha Nama,
Freedom to choose,
Freedom to release,
Freedom to be the love that you are.
This powerful light code asks you to be brave,
To take a chance on something that deep down you want to do,
Change or be as you work towards discovering your genuine self.
The universe loves you fully,
So take a chance on yourself.
The other light code is Panma,
Representing moving with light and expanding frequencies.
This light code allows you to connect and embody more light.
The more wave-like we become,
The greater the range of light frequencies we are able to hold.
The greater the capacity to hold a range of frequencies,
The greater the ability to adapt to the challenges life presents.
Now all our intentions and energy signatures have been sent,
I will now start the activation and transmission.
Just allow yourself to receive this divine energy flow.

Astral body as well as the etheric template body,

Hooks,
Ties,
Valves,
Packs,
Contracts,
Agreements,
Promises made and all and everything that binds me to the old or any other,
All that doesn't serve my highest good any longer.
Please release these energies,
Dissolve all cords and repair your energy field and bodies to keep you in a high vibrational state.
And as I call for this,
