Just begin by noticing that you're here,
In your body,
Taking time out of your day.
You notice your breath,
Not changing it,
But just feeling the breath that's already moving.
And out.
Now I want you to bring your awareness to the top of your head,
The crown,
And I want you to imagine a soft,
Living light already present here.
Not arriving,
Not turning on,
Just simply here.
And with the next few breaths,
This light begins to move slowly downward.
And the different thing about this light is that as it moves,
It listens.
Across the face,
Across the forehead,
Around the eyes,
Through the temples,
And jaw.
There's nothing to figure out.
Whatever is noticed is information,
And the body receives it easily.
A small adjustment happens on its own,
A smoothing,
A settling.
And you notice how this listening doesn't take any energy.
It doesn't drain you.
And each time awareness meets the body,
You notice that something fills instead.
And the light continues its journey into the neck,
And gently across the shoulders.
These are areas that understand all your efforts.
And as the light listens here,
The body notices.
And as the body notices,
It adjusts.
Just enough to feel supported.
Breath moving in,
And breath moving out.
Listening,
Noticing,
Adjusting.
And each time they connect,
There's a quiet sense of being resourced.
The light flows through the upper back,
Around into the center of the chest,
The heart center,
The place where breath lives,
Where the body and mind meet.
And as this light listens here,
There's a feeling of connection.
Connection.
Not effort.
Just connection.
And you notice again that this connection doesn't cost you energy.
It gives energy.
And the light continues downward into the belly,
And the lower back.
A place of instinct.
A place of inner knowing.
And as the light listens,
The body shares information.
And as that information is received,
Your system fills.
It's steady,
Calm,
And clear.
Breath in,
And breath out.
Listening,
Noticing,
Adjusting,
Filling.
The light moves through the hips,
Down the thighs,
The knees,
The calves,
All the way to the feet.
As it reaches the ground beneath you,
There's a sense of support,
Completion.
And now you feel your whole body at once,
From crown to feet.
Breath,
Moving,
This light present.
Each place listened to.
Each adjustment made gently.
And you notice how that has filled you,
Not emptied you.
This is wisdom,
Not as a thought,
But as a knowing.
Knowing.
Knowing where energy is available today,
And knowing where rest is needed.
Knowing what to draw from,
And what needs softening.
And this is strength,
Not pushing,
Not holding back,
But intelligent adjustment.
And you sense that light continuing to fill you from within.
And with each breath in,
A sense of steadiness.
And with each breath out,
A sense of ease.
Your body and mind are connected,
Listening to one another,
Supporting one another.
And each time they do,
You are filled.
Your inner well is filled.
Let this be the rhythm you carry into your day,
Listening,
Noticing,
Adjusting,
Connecting and filling.
Your breath is steady,
Your body is informed,
And your mind and wisdom are present.
You move forward,
Resourced,
Wise,
And ready.
