I come to you with an open heart, Seeking healing for my inner child and cultivating a deep sense of self-love, Appreciation and compassion. I ask you to surround me with your radiant light. Let this light shine through the depths of my being, Reaching my inner child who longs for love and understanding. I acknowledge the pain and wounds that have shaped my journey and I ask for your gentle assistance in healing these scars. As I breathe deeply, I visualize your soft golden light surrounding me. I feel your warmth and know that I am not alone. With each breath, I invite healing energy into my heart. I express gratitude for my inner child, Recognizing the courage it takes to face the past. I embrace the innocence, Joy and wonder that resides within me. I ask that you help me release any negative beliefs that have held me back.
