As you breathe in.
Imagine this light growing brighter.
Spreading warmth throughout your entire body.
With each inhale.
Feel this inner glow expanding.
Filling you with a sense of joy and content.
As you exhale.
Release anything that does not serve you.
Let go of doubts.
Worries.
