So please find a comfortable position,
Lying down and gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your belly to rise and then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension and distractions.
Allow yourself to settle into this moment,
Ready to connect with the angels.
Take a few more deep breaths.
Inhaling deeply,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed.
As you breathe in,
Invite in peace and calm.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any stress or worries.
Allow your breath to guide you deeper into relaxation.
Preparing your mind and body to receive the healing energy of the angels.
Now bring your awareness to the presence of the angels surrounding you.
Imagine their loving energy wrapping around you like a warm protective blanket.
Feel their gentle presence as they invite you to relax even further.

Protect me and watch over me.
Feel their response,
A warm wave of love and light surrounding you.
As you settle into this serene energy,
Visualize radiant light flowing down from above.
Infuse with the essence of the angels.
This healing light begins to pour into the top of your head.
Gently filling you with warmth and peace.
Feel this light moving through your body.
Releasing any tension and into your heart.
Filling you with love and compassion.
Let this healing light flow down through your shoulders,
Arms.
As it flows further down your body,
Feel it moving through your chest.
Your stomach.
And hips.
Soothing and healing every part it touches.
And finally into your feet.

Feel this radiant light transforming you from the inside out.
