This is Laura with Let Me Bloom.
I'm so grateful that you're here.
Wherever you're coming from today.
Whatever you're carrying.
You're invited to set it down for a little while and simply be here.
There's nothing you need to do.
Nowhere else you need to be.
Just allow yourself this time to slow down,
Soften,
And reconnect with yourself.
Tonight we gather beneath the light of a full blue moon.
A blue moon is a rare occurrence,
A reminder to pause,
Pay attention,
And honor the moments that do not come around often.
The moon is full tonight,
Bright,
Luminous,
Complete.
Her light stretches across the night sky and touches everything exactly as it is.
Nothing hidden,
Nothing forced,
Nothing becoming.
Simply illuminated.
And perhaps that is what this evening is really about.
Not becoming someone different.
Not fixing what feels broken,
But allowing yourself to see clearly.
To slow down long enough to notice what is present.
To acknowledge what has been growing within you.
To release what feels heavy.
And to create space for what is ready to emerge.
The full moon has long been associated with reflection,
Clarity,
Completion,
And release.
It shines light into the places we may have overlooked.
It reveals what has reached its natural ending.
It invites us to loosen our grip on what no longer belongs.
Tonight you are invited to soften,
To breathe,
To listen,
And to allow yourself to be held by sound,
Stillness,
And moonlight.
Find a comfortable position and allow your eyes to gently close.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And release it softly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
.
.
And breathing out.
One more deep breath in.
.
.
And a long unhurried breath out.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Nothing you need to accomplish.
Nothing you need to solve.
For this moment.
Simply arrive.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Notice how completely it supports you.
Without effort.
Without expectation.
Allow your body to settle a little more deeply into that support.
Now bring awareness to the top of your head.
Soften your forehead.
Relax the space between your eyebrows.
Allow your eyes to grow heavy.
Soften your cheeks.
Release your jaw.
Let your tongue rest gently.
Now bring awareness to your neck and shoulders.
If they have been carrying something,
Allow them to set it down.
Feel them drop just a little.
Now let that softening travel down your arms,
Through your elbows.
.
.
Into your wrists.
Your hands.
Your fingertips.
Bring awareness to your chest.
Notice your breath moving there.
No need to change it.
Simply observe.
Allow your heart space to soften.
Bring awareness to your belly.
Allow it to rise naturally within each inhale.
And fall with each exhale.
Release any holding.
Now soften your hips.
Your thighs.
Your knees.
Your calves.
Ankles.
.
.
And feet.
Feel your entire body now.
Supported.
Present.
Pause.
The sound of the waves rises and falls in a steady rhythm.
Above you hangs the full blue moon.
Brilliant.
Radiant.
Steady.
Its silver light stretches across the water like a pathway of shimmering light.
The ocean glows beneath it.
The shoreline glows beneath it.
You glow beneath it.
Take a breath.
And simply stand there for a moment.
Notice how it feels.
Notice what arises.
Perhaps there are emotions waiting to be acknowledged.
Maybe there are questions without answers.
Is there sadness?
Is their gratitude.
Perhaps there's joy.
Or maybe they're simply stillness.
Whatever is present tonight is welcome.
The moon asks nothing of you.
She simply illuminates what is already here.
Notice the tide moving in and out.
The water does not force itself.
It simply follows its natural rhythm.
Rising.
Falling.
Returning.
Again and again.
Just as the ocean responds to the moon.
Your inner world moves in cycles too.
Thoughts.
Emotions memories.
Dreams.
All rising and falling like waves.
Tonight,
There is no need to control them.
No need to understand them.
Simply notice and allow.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Imagine a soft silver light there.
The same moonlight shining above you now,
Shining within you.
With each inhale,
That light grows brighter.
With each exhale,
It settles more deeply into your body.
Imagine the light spreading through your chest.
Through your shoulders.
Down your arms.
Into your hands.
Through your belly.
Your hips.
Your legs.
And your feet.
Allow it to reach every place that feels tired.
Every place that feels uncertain.
Every place that has been carrying more than it needs to.
The light is not here to change anything.
Only to bring awareness.
Only to remind you that nothing within you needs to remain hidden.
Now imagine that in your hands you are carrying everything you have been holding over the past few weeks.
The worries,
The expectations.
The disappointments.
The pressure.
The stories you have outgrown.
The things that no longer feel aligned.
Notice their weight.
Notice how long you've carried them.
There is no judgment here.
Only awareness.
Now slowly walk toward the water's edge.
The moonlight dances across the waves.
The tide moves gently toward you.
And one by one,
Begin placing those burdens into the ocean.
The worries,
The expectations,
The fears.
The stories.
Watch the water receive them without resistance,
Judgment,
Or fear.
Or effort.
The ocean knows how to carry away what is ready to be released.
And as each wave returns to the sea.
Notice yourself becoming lighter.
More spacious.
More open.
Breathing in possibility.
Breathing out what is complete.
Breathing in trust.
Breathing out resistance.
Breathing in clarity.
Breathing out what no longer belongs.
Now ask yourself.
What is ready to grow in the space that remains?
What part of me is ready to be seen?
What part of me is ready to bloom?
Allow the questions to settle.
Like moonlight resting upon still water.
Take a slow breath in.
And feel the earth beneath you.
The ocean before you.
The moon above you.
And the light within you.
Allow the sounds that come to move through you like gentle waves.
Like moonlight.
Like breath.
You do not need to follow them.
Or understand them.
Simply receive.
You are safe.
You are supported.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Take one final deep breath in.
And exhale completely.
When you are ready.
Surrender to the sound.
Begin to notice your breath once again.
The gentle rhythm of inhale and exhale.
Notice the surface beneath you.
Notice the weight of your body being supported.
The journey is settling.
And the moon still shines above.
Study.
Patient.
Luminous Take a moment to notice what feels different.
Perhaps something lighter?
Perhaps something feels more clear.
Or maybe something has shifted.
Or is there simply more space within you than there was when you arrived?
Imagine yourself once more standing beside the ocean beneath the full blue moon.
The tide moves gently in and out.
The water is calm.
The moonlight stretches endlessly across the sea.
And as you look out across the water,
Notice how much you have released.
Notice the space that has been created.
Now bring your awareness back to your heart center.
See that silver light within you.
It's brighter.
More steady.
More familiar.
Place one hand over your heart.
And take a slow breath in.
And exhale with gratitude.
Gratitude for your willingness to show up.
To slow down.
To listen.
To feel.
To release.
And to trust yourself.
The moon does not force her light.
She simply shines.
And in her presence,
What was hidden becomes visible.
What was unclear becomes illuminated.
What was heavy can begin to soften.
Carry that wisdom with you.
Carry that light with you.
Not only tonight,
But in the days ahead.
Take one final breath and carry this feeling with you.
Remember.
The lotus does not bloom in spite of the mud.
It blooms because it grows through it.
So do you.
Trust you're unfolding.
You are meant to rise,
Unfold.
And bloom.
