So gently place one hand over your heart and the other over your lower belly.
Feel your own warmth beneath your palms.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly filling your belly,
Your ribs and your chest and pause at the top and then exhale slowly and softly through your mouth,
Releasing anything you do not need.
And again inhale,
Feeling your breath expand through your body,
Opening the space and exhale to let it all just go.
All that tension you've been holding,
Let it go.
And let's begin our 5-5 heart connective breath together.

Flowing out of you like a river.

Now gently bring your fingertips to the space just above your collarbones.
This is your lymphatic drainage point,
The key to opening flow in your body.
Softly tap or massage this area.
And as you breathe,
Imagine energy moving freely,
Releasing anything stagnant within you.
Now moving to your armpits,
Lightly press and release.
This awakens a deep detox pathway in your body,
Allowing it to clear what it no longer needs.

Now place your hands over your lower belly.
Soften your touch.
This is where your body digests not only food my love,
