Whoo,
Do you need a break from work?
Alright,
I got you covered.
Get comfy in the seat you're in.
Sit nice and tall in your body.
Maybe your feet are planted on the floor.
Good,
Now take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And a great big sigh out.
This time roll your shoulders up to your ears as you breathe in.
And exhale on the way down.
And do that again.
Nice deep breath in.
Shoulders roll up.
And exhale down.
One more time.
Deep breath in through your nose.
Roll the shoulders towards your ears.
And exhale.
Draw them back down.
Cool.
Now settle into your body,
Your breath,
Your rhythm.
Get heavy in your sits bones and soften through your hips.
Relax your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Even your toes.
Draw your belly in slightly and relax the small of your back just a smidge.
Try to stay nice and tall in your body and relax your shoulders down.
Soften through your elbows.
Relax your wrists and soften the palms of your hands and your fingers.
Soften your throat.
And let the tension out of your jaw.
And maybe soften the edges around your eyes.
Soften your forehead.
Now start to bring your attention,
Your awareness to your breath.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Lips closed softly.
And as you let everything else fall away just notice the breath in and out through your nose.
Notice the temperature of the air.
Maybe it's cool as you breathe in and warm as you breathe out.
Notice how your ribs expand on your inhale.
And how your shoulders soften on the exhale.
And let your breath be your anchor here for the next few moments.
There's no need to do anything special.
Just breathe.
And maybe with every inhale you think the word peace.
And every exhale you think the word calm.
Stay with your breath.
Slow it down.
There's nowhere you need to be right now.
There's nothing you need to do in just this moment.
Take a really deep breath in through your nose.
Pause at the top of your breath.
Slowly release your breath.
Let's do that one more time.
Deep breath in.
Taking a pause at the top of the breath.
And then letting everything go.
And slowly blink your eyes open.
Notice your surroundings.
Maybe turn the corners of your mouth up.
And take this peace and calm with you into the rest of your day.
Thanks for listening.
Have a good one.
