Krystal J. White

Krystal is a PhD clinical psychologist devoted to helping people navigate the most difficult emotional terrain: conflict, endings, and the quiet work of moving on. She specialized in leadership, team optimization, and agreement setting for the last ten years. Here, you’ll find guided meditations, live sessions, and courses focused on "moving on," navigating the confusing terrain of transitions, and improving your capacity to remain present and mindful during conflict, anger, and the forgiveness cycle. Hopefully, this will help you rebuild self-trust, courage, and the energy to recover AND begin again—with clarity, self-honor, and compassion. Whether you are in the middle of a difficult conversation or at the end of a relationship, or recovering from an ending, these practices are here to help you return to your center, reclaim your agency, and choose your next step with intention. This is a space for resolution and momentum—not avoidance, not suppression, but grounded, conscious change.

I’m still learning how to recognize and accept when something is complete in my life. I’ve had a tendency to hold on to the ‘hope’ of a situation that it will change, that I’ll use the thing sitting on the shelf or shoved in the closet and then it weighs me down and I don’t even realize it until I finally let go. This topic is so unspoken in society and yet so important for living a fully conscious life. Thank you 🙏🏼❤️✨
