Place your hands over your heart. One hand on top of the other and breathe in again. Inhale through the nose. Feel the essence of you. Exhale through the nose. You are calm and you are safe. No worries. No fear. No doubt. You are here in this present moment. Aware of the breath in your body moving throughout you. Finding all of the places within you that need more love and more life and more light. Come online. Breathe in and breathe out. You are calm and you are safe. Inhale and exhale. You are calm and you are safe. You have everything you need. You are the sweet spot of the universe.
