Good evening. This 10 minute meditation helps you end your day with ease, as you gently unwind and accept whatever has happened today. Guided by a soothing British male voice with calming ocean waves in the background to support relaxation, you’ll reflect on your day, release tension and prepare for peaceful rest. You’ll begin with simple breathing to arrive in the moment, then move through a relaxing body scan from head to toe, softening tight muscles and calming a busy or anxious mind. Next, you’ll rest with gentle awareness of your breathing, before repeating kind phrases such as “May I be peaceful,” “May I be relaxed,” “May I rest peacefully” and “May I awaken refreshed tomorrow.” This evening practice combines mindfulness, acceptance, self‑kindness, compassion and relaxation to help you let go of stress, worry and overthinking, process the day, then drift toward sleep feeling calmer, lighter, grateful and more at peace – in just 10 minutes.
