Hi there,
Kendra Tolbert here.
I'm a registered dietitian and yoga teacher,
And I specialize in women's health and fertility.
And today,
I have another fertility meditation for you.
This meditation was designed to leave you feeling grounded,
Connected,
And receptive.
Please remember not to practice this meditation while you are driving or using any sort of heavy machinery.
When you're ready.
Seek out a comfortable place to sit down or lie down and take a few moments to make yourself comfortable.
Once you are comfortable,
I invite you to close your eyes.
And bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
The expansion and the contraction.
Of your ribcage.
And the rise and fall of your lower abdomen.
Bring your attention to your toes.
Into your ankles.
To your lower legs.
To your knees.
To your hips.
To your lower abdomen.
To your chest.
To your shoulders.
To your neck.
To the spot between your eyes.
And finally,
To the crown of your head.
You in your mind's eye.
See yourself.
Traveling to the spot between your eyebrows.
Here,
You see a garden.
It's beautiful.
It's full of life.
It's full of light.
You feel hope here.
And while all of this is true,
You are very,
Very aware.
There are things here.
That are not contributing to what it is you'd like to create.
Look to your right and see a basket full of the tools that you need.
To remove what you would like to remove.
And to plant what it is you would like to plant in this beautiful garden.
Take the next few moments to remove any weeds or debris that you would like to remove from your garden.
With the debris removed,
You can see how much more space there is.
To plant what you would like to plant.
Look down into your basket.
Grab anything that you would like to plant.
Or anything that will allow you to plan.
That you would like to see growing here into your garden.
You when your work is done.
Take a look around.
What do you see?
What do you smell?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
And maybe,
What do you taste?
Allow your senses to be fully nourished.
As you take in every sight,
Every sound.
Every smell,
Every touch.
Maybe every taste.
Notice within your garden that there is a path.
Begin to follow that path.
Follow it down to your heart.
Where you see there is another garden.
Full of life.
Full of light.
Flow of beauty.
And much like the garden that you just left.
Despite the fact that all of these things are true,
It is full of light,
It is full of life,
And it is full of beauty,
There are things here that could be removed.
And there are things here that you would like to see growing.
Once again,
Look to your right.
And see that there is a basket full of everything that you need.
To remove what no longer has a right to be here.
And to plant what you would like to see grow.
Take the next few moments to remove any weeds and any debris.
Now,
Take the next few moments to plant anything that you would like to see grow here.
After your work is complete.
Notice,
How does it feel to be here now?
What changes do you notice?
Take a look around.
What do you hear?
What do you see?
What do you feel?
What do you taste?
What do you smell?
Completely delight in your senses and your ability to experience this garden fully.
You When you are ready,
Get back on the path that you were on before and follow it down.
Further down.
Until we get to your lower abdomen.
Once again,
You find a garden.
For loop life full of light.
And full of love.
And once again,
You are very very aware of all the good that is here.
And you are very,
Very aware.
There are some things that you are ready to part with in this garden,
And there are some things that you would like to see grow here.
One last time,
Look to your right and see that you have in your basket everything that you need to remove what no longer belongs.
And everything you need.
Plant what you would like to see grow here.
Remove the tools that you'll need.
To remove any weeds or debris.
When you're ready,
Take the time to plant what you would like to see grow in your life.
That you would like to see grow here.
In this garden.
You Bye!
When you are done with your work.
Take a seat in the center of this garden.
Feel the ground underneath your feet.
Feel the breeze brush by your skin.
Taking all the sights and sounds,
Aromas and flavors.
Ooh.
When you're ready,
Place one hand at the center of your chest and the other on your lower abdomen.
I invite you to repeat after me.
I am capable of creating the life I want.
I create life mindfully.
I am capable of creating the life I want.
I create life mindfully.
Last time,
I am capable of creating the life I want.
I create life mindfully.
You bring your attention back to your breath.
Back to the rise and fall of your chest.
The expansion and contraction of your ribcage.
And the rise and fall of your lower abdomen.
Begin to flutter your eyes open and take in your surroundings.
I hope you've enjoyed today's meditation.
Be well and bye for now.
