Kendra Tolbert MS, RDN, RYT is a registered yoga teacher and dietitian specializing in women's health and wellbeing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Howard University and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Public Health from Teachers College, Columbia University. In 2017, She was awarded the Emerging Professional Award from the Women's Health Dietetic Practice Group. Kendra has experience helping individuals, families, and communities make improvements to their well-being and quality of life by adopting healthier habits. Her areas of expertise include women's health, mindfulness, mind-body practices, and community health. Kendra has been featured on and written for a number of websites. Previously, Kendra worked as an acute care clinical dietitian, outpatient oncology dietitian, nutrition educator, community nutritionist, ghostwriter for a popular wellness site, medical content reviewer, contractor for a women’s telehealth company, and consultant for nonprofit organizations. When not reading, writing, recording and editing yoga videos and meditations, or coaching her clients, she enjoys taking dance and yoga classes, journaling, learning to sew, and body rolling to 90's and early aughts pop and R&B.

This is a very gentle yoga practice that anyone could do. At first i felt it wasn’t challenging enough for me, but it is so calmly guided and a really nice gentle morning stretch, a lovely way to start the day 💗 thank you ✨
