Sometimes you need to take 5 minutes to tap back into gratitude, to remind ourselves of how beautiful the gift of life is. The shifts that occur when noticing what you're grateful for, feeling what it feels like and spreading it, can help us to remember that everything is not only going to be okay, but that life itself is miraculous.

Ah,

The breath of life force energy,

The song of the earth.

Come take a journey with me to rebalance your nervous system,

To activate a sense of calm and help you remember that everything is always going to be okay.

Imagine a bright white light engulfs your aura.

This bright light protects you,

Loves you,

And makes you feel safe.

See how it sparkles.

See how it's magical,

Its little particles floating around you,

All ethereal,

Impenetrable at the same time.

And through the mouth,

Take a slow,

Deep breath,

All the way from the belly to the chest.

Fill up,

Fill up,

Fill up,

And when you reach the top,

Don't hold or push,

Just let it all fall out,

Just completely relax.

Go ahead and do that once more,

Take a slow,

Full,

Deep breath,

All the way from the belly to the chest,

Filling up as much as you can,

And on the exhale,

Just completely let go.

As you exhale all the bad energy out that no longer serves you,

You inhale beautiful,

Bright white light from source energy,

And ask yourself,

What is one thing you're grateful for today?

Visualize it,

Could be as simple as your comfy bed,

The floor beneath you,

A cold lemonade on a hot day,

Or you can think of a person that you're grateful for,

Who is one person that you're grateful for?

Anyone,

Anyone in the world,

How does this person make you feel?

Notice the subtle shifts in your body.

Is it tingling,

Warm,

Where do you feel the sensations when being grateful for these things or these people?

Can you take that feeling,

That energy,

And send the sphere of white light around you,

Make it even stronger?

Can you take this bright light within and have it circle around you,

Growing stronger and brighter,

Like a little orb?

Can you take it a step further and share this?

Imagine this energy,

It's encapsulating your aura,

And then the room that you're in,

The building that you're in,

Your city,

Your state,

Your country,

The whole world,

Now spread it all the way through the universe.

And now gently open your eyes,

Extend a simple thank you,

Or I love you,

For showing up.

And I hope you can carry this love and light with you throughout your day.

Until tomorrow.
