What is the observer role and what does that mean to you,

KJ?

Such a good question and I'm so excited that we have two episodes to talk about it.

So I was thinking about this this morning and talking about it a little bit with my fiancé.

And the observer role,

You know,

Has to do with,

In my experience,

The ability to observe yourself,

Which means kind of stepping outside of yourself,

Right?

To watch and to look at how your emotions are going,

Right?

To look at maybe the root of why you're feeling something or what the trigger is in a situation,

Right?

So it's that kind of removing yourself.

It's almost just like the concept of the pause,

But then expanded,

Right?

So that ability to pause,

It's a great tool in like a self-awareness journey,

Right?

So to me,

Which we'll talk about more later,

It's been really,

Really influential,

Right,

In my self-awareness journey and my growth and healing.

So I look at it as kind of a tool in my toolbox as far as the role of the observer and what that means to me.

So just that ability to cultivate,

You know,

To help cultivate more self-awareness.

Very insightful and eye-opening. The idea of being my own observer as a tool for deeper self-understanding feels truly empowering.
