This meditation is to help invite more joy into your life So we'll start in a comfortable seat Breathing gently through your nose And as you find your comfort,

Start to deepen your breath To whatever level is comfortable for you Inhale deeply Hold for just a moment And then exhale fully Inhale deeply Hold And then exhale fully Continue breathing in this way As you listen to the sound of my voice As you focus on your breath Allow it to flow all the way to your stomach Feel every breath in every part of your body There's no rush There's nowhere else to be right now Take your time and enjoy this deep conscious breathing You breathe in peace,

Calm,

Happiness and joy Breathe out everything that no longer serves you Worry,

Hurt,

Everything that you no longer need You are connected to your breath Your breath keeps you alive Keeps you connected to our beautiful earth The trees breathe out oxygen So that you may breathe it in This is a very deep connection with nature You are detoxing your lungs,

Cleansing your body And calming your mind Enjoy your breath Allow it to bring you peace,

Calm,

Happiness and joy in this moment Breathe in new energy,

New life Relax into your exhale Your breath may already have naturally slowed But if not,

Allow your breath to settle naturally now And as your breath does settle Notice any sensations that you feel in your body Without judgment Without trying to decipher or change anything Simply observe Breathing slowly and comfortably Perhaps your head starts to feel that little bit heavier As your body relaxes Your shoulders,

Your arms and your hands heavier and heavier I allow every muscle in my body to release and relax I allow every part of my body to rest You have given yourself this time to be still and to be silent You let go of all judgment,

Worry and doubt You are at peace with yourself and with your surroundings When your body and your mind are still Consciousness awakens It expands beyond the day-to-day You autopilot to a world of possibilities There's no room for sadness or suffering No occasion for worry This is a space of expansive awe A space of infinite promise and wonderment Release all resistance and sink into the healing stillness of your silence Allow feelings of happiness,

Of joy to rise up from the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes To saturate your heart and to fill every part of your body with peaceful joy Breathe in the perception of a joyful existence Breathe out the perception of limitations This serves you mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually and physically Your body,

Your immune system,

Every cell responds to your mood Choose a life that serves you the most and reject all doubt each and every time it arises Choose a life that creates space for you to reach out to others with love and reject all judgement each and every time it arises Choose to let go of your reactions born from fear,

Anger or provocation Each and every time they arise I am in control of how I feel I have the power to create change I am blessed with happiness and peace of mind I am joyful every day and I inspire joy in others I count my blessings I look for the good and the beauty in all things and I value each moment I have a deep sense of acceptance,

Compassion and love I choose gratitude I choose optimism I choose happiness Sit in your space of stillness,

Of peace,

Allow those feelings of joy to spread through your being Perhaps a gentle smile reaches your lips I invite you to remain in this space for as long as you like and when you are ready you can take one final deep breath Open your eyes and have a wonderful dayMusic.
