Connect the Dots is the basic exercise of the Connect & Glow practice. Instructions for creating an Inner Stick Figure, with piano music by Kate Moody. Relaxing, centering, enlivening. The Connect & Glow meditative exercises quickly bring participants to a deep connection with their inner source of vibrant well-being. The exercises are inspired by ancient Eastern wisdom and modern quantum physics. This track runs for five minutes.

Connect the dots.

Gently closing your eyes.

Take a nice deep inhalation.

Releasing with a sigh.

Relax your scalp.

Relax your forehead.

Relaxing your brow.

Cheeks and jaw relaxed.

Throat and neck are relaxed.

Relaxing your shoulders and arms.

Your wrists,

Your hands are relaxed.

Chest relaxes and opens.

Belly is relaxed.

Legs,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves all relaxed.

Ankles and feet.

Even your toes are relaxed.

Allowing your awareness to sink to the bottoms of your feet.

Imagine a dot on the bottom of your feet.

Your awareness rises up through your legs to your belly.

About an inch below your belly button going directly inward.

Imagine a dot in the center of your belly.

Your awareness rises up to the center of your chest.

Imagine a dot in the center of your chest.

And now with your attention on your hands.

Imagine a dot in the palm of each hand.

And your awareness on your forehead.

Going directly inward imagine a dot in the center of your brain.

And now draw a line from the dot in the center of your brain to the dot in the center of your chest.

Draw two lines radiating out from your chest through each arm.

Through each arm to the dots in the palms of your hands.

Draw a line from the dot in the center of your chest to the dot in the center of your belly.

And two lines radiating out from your belly dot through each leg to the dots on the bottoms of your feet.

If you stand back in your mind's eye you can see you've connected the dots.

And drawn a stick figure inside yourself like a child's drawing.

And now imagine that you have a rheostat light switch.

And you're going to gently bring up the power.

And your inner stick figure begins to glow with a warm soothing light.
