Day 7 – Come Home Hello and welcome to this meditation for sleep.
Tonight is the seventh and final session of the Sleep Deeply course.
Headphones in before you settle,
Both ears.
The binaural beat needs them and tonight we are bringing everything together so you'll want a full experience.
So find yourself a comfortable position,
Lie down and let the body arrange itself however it wants and when you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
No breathing exercise tonight,
Seven nights in and your body does not need a rundown anymore.
You have built something this week,
A real physical association between this voice,
This music and a state of deep rest.
The nervous system knows where this goes now and it has been here six times before and it is already moving towards sleep before the first word is spoken.
So tonight we simply begin.
So just breathe however the breath wants to move,
Slow and easy,
Finding its own depth,
The body already doing what seven nights of practice have taught it to do.
Seven nights.
You came here with something getting in the way of rest.
Maybe the mind that would not quiet,
Maybe the body that could not release,
Maybe the weight of things carried too long without anywhere to put that treats exhaustion as a virtue and sleep as an afterthought.
Tonight's frequency is the fullest combination of the week,
432 hertz.
The natural harmony frequency from night one returns tonight as the musical foundation and underneath it is the 3 hertz delta binaural,
Left ear 174 hertz and right ear 177 hertz.
The deep delta state that night six introduced you to and that tonight will arrive faster,
Go deeper and last longer than it has ever before because not to check it or scan it or guide it through a sequence just to feel it,
Feel the weight of it,
The warmth of it,
The extraordinary,
Unremarkable fact of being alive inside it on this particular night.
The shoulders already dropping,
The jaw already and the body falls into rest the way it falls a familiar chair without effort,
Without hesitation because it knows this place now,
Because this place is safe.
And I want you to understand something before the voice fades tonight.
This session does not end the course.
What you have built this week is truly yours.
The association between this practice and deep rest does not dissolve when the seven days are finished.
It strengthens every time you return to it.
The nervous system learns through repetition and you have given seven repetitions this week alone.
Peace and the dark feels less like rest and more like another place where the day has followed you.
And close your eyes,
Your body already knows what to do.
Let yourself begin to descend now,
The same descent as last night,
Each breath a step downward,
Each exhale carrying you further from the surface of the day and deeper into the quiet.
The binaural beat is already working,
The brain on the delta state that seven nights of this has made it familiar with.
Nothing to figure out,
Nothing to prepare for,
Frequencies working together underneath the music.
The way you slept before you learned that the world acquired so much vigilance.
The way the body rests when it remembers.
Finally,
The necessary sleep that your body has earned,
That your mind has earned.
