Transcript

Find yourself in a comfortable position and when you're ready,

You can begin to gently close down the eyes.

And I'd like you to take a deep breath in through the nose and a slow exhalation out through the mouth.

And again,

Inhale long and deeply and exhale,

Letting go of any tension.

And just allowing your breath to find its own natural rhythm.

And gently starting to bring your awareness into your body.

Wherever you are,

Notice the support beneath you,

The floor,

The cushion,

The earth.

And just let yourself feel supported.

Start to feel the air on your skin,

The rise and fall of your belly.

And just allow yourself to melt into this present moment.

And before we dive into manifesting what it is that you truly want,

We first need to let go of what's no longer serving you.

So I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose.

And with every exhalation,

Imagine letting go of everything that isn't serving you.

Letting go of expectations from your friends and family.

Letting go of timelines that feel like pressure.

Letting go of roles that you've outgrown.

And letting go of the shoulds,

The comparisons,

The doubt.

And just breathing them out one by one.

And feel the space begin to open within you,

Like clearing out the dark room so the light can come inwards.

And now,

With a newfound sense of spaciousness,

I'd like you to ask yourself gently,

What do I truly want?

What do I truly want?

And I'd like this to echo through your body,

Like a soft ripple.

Not what you think you should want.

Not what you planned five years ago.

But what your soul is asking for,

Right now,

In this very moment.

If nothing was off limits,

What would I want?

If I didn't need to explain myself to anyone,

What would I choose?

And just allow the answers to rise softly.

Maybe you're craving rest,

Creation.

Maybe there's something you're ready to walk away from.

Maybe there's somewhere you want to go.

Maybe you're ready to start again.

And just knowing there is no wrong answer.

You're not here to get it right.

You're here to get honest.

And just allow the clarity to come gently.

And just allow your body to speak.

And allow your inner voice to rise.

Just noticing what's coming up for you.

What do I truly want?

Do I truly want?

And whether it's a word,

A feeling,

An image,

Just start to hold it gently in your awareness.

And with every inhalation,

Let it expand.

Let it fill your whole body.

Because this clarity lives in you.

And you just have to remember to come home to it.

So I'd like you to take one final deep breath.

Inhaling self-trust.

And exhaling any remaining doubt.

And when you're ready,

You can gently start to bring some movement back to your fingers and your toes.

And slowly starting to blink the eyes open.

Coming back into your space.
