Welcome,
This is a longer practice,
A full reset,
A chance to put down the person you've been and meet the one you're becoming.
Before we begin,
Find a position where your body can be still.
Let your hands rest where they want.
Let your feet feel the ground or the surface beneath you.
And when you're ready,
Let your eyes close.
Take a breath in,
All the way down,
And a slow release,
Another,
Breathing in,
Drawing your attention inward,
Breathing out,
Letting go of everything you walked in here carrying.
One more,
A full unhurried breath,
And a longer,
Slower exhale.
Now,
Let the breath return to its natural rhythm.
Let your attention rest inside your body.
Notice the weight of you,
The places where you meet the ground.
Feel your feet,
Your legs,
The seat of your hips.
Feel the length of your spine.
Feel your shoulders softening downward.
Your arms,
Heavy and warm.
Your hands,
Open.
Feel your chest rising and falling.
Your face,
Gently relaxed.
The space between your eyebrows,
Opening.
The top of your head,
Receiving.
You're here,
Fully here.
And you can let everything else wait.
I want you to do something now,
Something simple.
I want you to imagine setting down the person you've been today.
All the roles you've played,
The work self,
The parent self,
The partner self,
The self that was worried or rushing or performing.
Set it down.
Place it gently on the ground beside you.
You can pick it up again later,
If you want to.
But for now,
You don't have to be anyone.
Take another breath.
And as you exhale,
Let more of that identity fall away.
The stories about what you should be doing.
The stories about what you haven't done yet.
The stories about who you are and who you're not.
Let them rest,
Without you telling them.
Notice what remains when the story stops.
Pure awareness,
Quiet,
Present,
Alive.
This is the real you,
Before all the layers,
Before all the roles,
The part that's been here since you were a child,
And will be here until your last breath.
This is home.
Now from this quiet place,
Let the edges of your body begin to soften.
Imagine them dissolving,
Not disappearing,
Expanding,
Your body becoming less like an object,
More like a field,
A cloud of soft,
Awake energy.
The space around you feels closer now.
Now,
You can sense the air,
And beyond the room,
Something wider.
Imagine you're floating in a vast,
Soft field of light.
Light,
Not bright,
Like a dusk sky full of stars.
In every direction,
Possibility.
Every life you could live.
Every version of yourself that could exist.
All of it here,
All of it real.
You've been living in one version,
But that was a choice,
Made by a younger you.
And tonight,
You can make a new one.
Let your attention drift gently toward a point of light in the field,
Somewhere ahead of you,
A little brighter than the others,
Warmer.
This is the version of you that you're becoming,
The version that has already released the old fears,
The version that trusts themselves,
The version that follows through,
The version that lives in abundance,
The version that loves freely and receives easily.
See them.
Notice how they carry themselves,
The ease in their body,
The steadiness in their gaze,
The openness in their chest.
Notice their face,
Softer than yours has been,
More at peace.
This is not a fantasy.
This is a real version of you.
Existing in the field,
Already,
Tonight,
You can step into them.
Take a slow breath in.
As you exhale,
Feel yourself moving toward that point of light.
Another breath in.
Moving closer.
One more.
And you arrive.
Feel your awareness merging with theirs.
Their body becoming your body.
Their peace becoming yours.
Their certainty becoming yours.
Notice what this feels like.
The quality of the breath,
The openness in the chest,
The warmth in the hands,
The softness behind the eyes,
The quiet hum of being home in yourself.
Stay here.
Let the feeling spread.
Breathing in,
Let this new state deepen.
Breathing out,
Let any remnant of the old self continue to release.
Your body is learning this frequency.
Your cells are remembering.
Every moment you stay here,
It becomes more yours.
Now let a soft golden light begin to gather at the top of your head.
A warm,
Honey-colored light,
Gathering slowly.
And as you inhale,
This light begins to move down through you,
Into your forehead,
Behind your eyes,
Into the soft tissues of your face,
Down through your jaw,
Your throat.
Every place it touches,
It rewrites.
Any old patterns,
Any tension,
Any resistance,
They dissolve in the warmth.
Let it continue down into your chest,
Filling your heart,
Warming your lungs,
Down your arms,
Into your hands,
Into every finger,
Down through the center of your body,
Into your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
All the way down into your feet,
Your whole body lit from within,
Warm,
Calm,
Full.
This is the new baseline.
This is the you that is coming forward now,
In my own body.
I follow through on what matters.
I am a channel for what wants to come through me.
I receive,
I give,
I flow.
The field is shifting to match me.
The people I need are moving toward me.
The opportunities I'm ready for are finding me,
The money,
The work,
The love,
The peace.
All of it is already on the way.
Stay in this for a while.
Don't think about it.
Feel it.
Feel what it's like to be home in yourself.
Feel what it's like to know that you are enough.
Feel what it's like to trust the unfolding.
Your nervous system is recording this.
Your cells are taking notes.
This is becoming your natural state.
And when you return to your day,
To your week,
To your life,
This feeling will travel with you.
You may not notice it at first,
But something has changed.
You'll feel it in your responses,
In the choices you make,
In what bothers you less,
In what becomes easier.
This is not magic.
This is you returning to who you already are.
Rest in it for one more breath.
Breathing in gratitude for this version of you.
Breathing out,
Sealing this in your body.
Now slowly,
Gently begin to return.
Notice the sounds around you.
The weight of your body against the surface.
The temperature of the air on your skin.
Move your fingers slowly.
Your toes.
Take a deep breath in,
And a long release.
Gently roll your head side to side,
If that feels right.
Stretch your arms overhead,
Or whatever movement your body asks for.
And when you're ready,
Let your eyes open.
Take your time.
There's no rush.
Something in you is different now.
You don't have to name it.
Your body knows.
The old version is already fading.
The new one is already taking shape.
The field is already rearranging to meet you.
Carry this with you.
Walk slow.
Breathe deep.
Trust the unfolding.
The reset is complete.
