Welcome yourself gently to this moment just for you.

You have arrived courageously to pause and let go of the outside world.

Gently give yourself the compassion of being exactly as you are,

Knowing that there is nothing else you need to do but just be here now.

Start to softly close your eyes,

Soften your forehead,

Relax your jaw,

And just imagine the feeling of being securely held.

Gentle breath in.

Start to welcome your breath as a guide,

Your life force.

Find a position that feels comfortable just for you.

Feel the awareness of the ground beneath you.

What does it feel like to be completely safe in this moment?

Start to let go of any thoughts or feelings that don't serve you.

Soften your mind in knowing you are exactly where you need to be.

Feel your breath guide you,

A natural rhythm of flowing in.

Your breath is your constant.

You can always go back to it.

Each inhale you arrive,

And each exhale lets you know you are exactly where you need to be.

When you find your mind starting to spin and spiral,

Breathe in that comforting breath and maybe a thought of gratitude.

We all have moments of feeling like we are not enough.

We haven't done enough.

We are not deserving or worthy of the love we are receiving.

How can we flip the narrative to welcome in the feeling of worthiness,

Of love,

Of care for the absolutely perfect person you are?

We all have moments of doubt,

Worry,

And overwhelm.

You are not alone in these moments.

You are worthy of feeling love,

Compassion.

Imagine yourself in a room,

In a circle with others that feel exactly like you do.

This feeling of knowing you are not alone.

Imagine the feeling of everyone together,

Taking a collective breath in and gentle breath out.

What does that feel like?

If it feels comfortable to place your hand on your heart and imagine the feeling of connecting to your life force,

Knowing that there is no one like you.

You are a miracle in every way.

You have showed up to give yourself gentle compassion for knowing how far you have come.

Feel your heartbeat and know that you have not given up,

That you are not alone.

Remind yourself that you are always doing your best.

Be gentle with yourself.

You are allowed to take up space.

You are deserving of it.

In the stillness,

You matter.

You don't have to carry these feelings alone.

Allow yourself to know the feeling and togetherness.

You have courageously shown up for yourself and for others that feel exactly like you.

Carry this knowing with you.

You are not alone.

You are worthy of love,

Of light.

You are worthy of all the good that is coming to you.

Gentle breath in,

Whisper to yourself.

Start to come back to your body,

Your senses,

Softly when you are ready.

Gently open your eyes from my light to yours.

Wow…the exact words I needed to hear right now, and delivered with such compassion and softness. 🙏🏽 I’ve been dealing with some uncertainty and changes that will be coming my way in the next few months, and that can feel overwhelming and heavy sometimes. Jodi’s reminder that I am not alone and that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be right now was extremely grounding. I will be returning to this one again and again. Thank you 🙏🏽
