Bring awareness to who you are and what you need in this moment.

Breathe in love,

Hope,

And peace.

Welcome in the warmth of kindness for yourself.

Welcome in the quiet hope of knowing your heart.

Welcome in the peace that already lives within you.

Embody the love,

The hope,

And the peace within.

Bring it in.
