Find a comfortable position to settle in as you close your eyes.
Begin by taking a deep,
Slow breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
As you exhale,
Releasing any tension in your shoulders as you continue to slowly breathe,
Feeling the air move in and out,
Anchoring you to this moment,
Noticing any areas that feel tension and letting it melt away,
Feeling your body supported beneath you,
Visualizing gentle roots growing from your body down in the earth,
Spreading wide and deep,
Grounding you in stability and support.
Say silently to yourself,
I am safe.
You might visualize this or just have a feeling of what a safe,
Nurturing forest would feel like.
In this forest you notice a path,
You feel drawn toward it,
And with each breath you take a step onto this path,
Drawing you deeper and deeper into the forest,
Ten going deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Safety,
And wonder.
You feel the air on your skin,
Now just ahead you notice a soft glowing light,
What appears at the end of the path,
You are drawn to it and as you step into it,
You realize you are in a secluded and beautiful garden,
And you find a place to sit,
A chair,
The ground.
You've arrived at the threshold of deep inner knowing.
Now bring to mind a situation or moment that has been triggering for you.
It could be recent,
For now just observe,
Don't try to fix anything,
Just be present.
As the scene arises that holds the energy,
What version of you might be present,
Seen,
Bringing your present day self in,
Or maybe your future self,
Give this version of you exactly what they needed.
In doing so you change the outcome,
Standing in front of a version of you who embodies The version of you that moves through the world with ease,
Trust,
Magnetism.
Feel them.
What do they believe about themself?
What is obvious to them that still feels.
Now imagine them stepping aside and inviting you in,
You become them.
You see through their eyes,
Move through the world with their grounded confidence,
Their joy,
Their worthiness.
Let that version of you breathe,
Stretch.
Let your nervous system memorize this,
Anchor the feeling.
Now imagine you bringing your hands to your body,
Wherever feels natural,
And repeating to yourself,
This is me now,
I am safe to receive.
My beliefs are mine to choose.
Feel it vibrate through your body.
Feel the light wrapping around your entire body,
Sealing in this new truth.
In this body,
In this new frame of mind,
You now seek the path from which you came.
And you step onto the path,
And taking a breath with each step,
