A deeply minimal meditation focused on stillness, silence, and release. Gentle sound appears sparingly, allowing the body to rest without interruption. This practice supports nervous system down-regulation and invites the relief that comes from no longer bracing. Simply arrive and settle.

Transcript

Settle into stillness.

This is your permission to notice the parts of your body that are working unnecessarily.

Your jaw,

Shoulders,

Hands,

And let's not overlook our face.

This is the time to let them relax and let them rest.

Feel the natural weight of your body sinking downward.

Nothing is holding you up except what's already here.

Let the pauses between sounds feel just as meaningful as the sound itself.

And repeat softly.

I allow myself to settle.

What happens when I stop bracing?

You may notice subtle shifts,

Warmth,

Heaviness,

Or calm.

Let whatever arises be enough and rest in it.

Rest here with the weight of stillness.
