A morning gratitude meditation to begin our day.
You can start this meditation.
By lying down in your bed.
Flat on your back.
Or you can find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes.
And let's begin with some breaths.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it.
And release.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold it at the top.
And release.
One more time,
Breathe in.
Hold it.
Breathe all the way out.
Let your breathing return to its normal state.
