Meditation Timer OnlineHeather Nichole is a somatic guide, yoga teacher and women's retreat host who helps women come home to their bodies and trust themselves again. Drawing on over a decade of witnessing transformation and deep training in nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and breathwork through The Embody Lab, Heather weaves together science-backed tools with intuitive, embodied wisdom. Her approach is slow, sensual, and grounded and rooted in the belief that the body holds every answer we've been searching for outside ourselves. Through guided meditations, breathwork, and immersive retreat experiences, she creates space for women to soften, regulate, and return to who they were always meant to be.
