Breathing in and out.
Letting yourself arrive here.

I want to acknowledge the trying,
The wanting.
And the longing.
That ache inside of you that knows there's more.
More love and freedom,
Abundance and alignment.

And instead of pushing that longing away,
I invite you to gently notice it.
Not from fear or desperation,

What if that longing is not a sign that something is wrong or missing?

How does your body feel?
