There's nothing to fix.
Nothing to achieve.
Just a few moments to be with your breath.
Your body.
And you are becoming.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable seat.
Or lie down.
Allow your eyes to close gently if that feels safe.
Let's begin by noticing your body.
Without changing anything.
Just feel the weight of you Your sit bones.
Your spine.
Your shoulders.
Let the ground hold you.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Don't change it yet.
Just notice.
The inhale.
And exhale.
And now gently begin to slow it down.
Let's breathe together.
Inhale through your nose for a count of four.
One.
Too.
3 for.
Hold for just a moment.
And then exhale slowly through your mouth for six.

3 2 Let's do that again.
Inhale for four.
3 home.
Exhale for 6,

1 One more time.
Inhale for four.

And exhale through your mouth.

Feel your body soften.
Just a little more.
Soften your jaw,
Your shoulders and the space behind your heart.

Imagine yourself walking barefoot in nature.
You feel the earth beneath you.
Cool.
Steady,
Alive.
Maybe it's a forest,
A desert.
Or a wild shoreline.
At whatever comes.
You walk slowly.
Every step.
Helps you remember.
Helps you remember who you are beneath the noise.
Who you are when no one is watching.
The you that never needed to be tamed.
Ahead of you.
There is a clearing.
And in the centre stands her.
Your wild self.
Untamed.
Unburdened.
And free.
She looks at you and smiles.
Not with her lips.
But with our whole being.
And you recognise her.
Because she.

The part of you.
That you never forgot.
As you breathe here.
Let her speak.
She may offer a word.
A feeling.
A message.
Or maybe just her presence.

And be with her.
