Welcome.
This recording is for all the healers out there.
The ones who heal with their words,
Their hands,
Their souls,
Their brains,
Their voice.
This is for the healer who is ready to unlock their voice,
Their power,
Their truth.
If you're listening to this,
Notice what's happening in your throat.
You've been divinely guided here.
I know that your throat,
Your heart,
Your voice is finally ready to heal.
To say what you've wanted to say and be heard in all the ways you're meant to be heard.
It's no mistake you're here listening to this,
Then I can feel it.
Every healer knows the feeling of holding back,
Being afraid of being misunderstood,
Of being afraid of being misinterpreted,
Harmed,
Judged.
There's so much you have to say.
It's been held in so long that it hurts to even think about.
The pressure is ready to release.
Start by taking three breaths with me.
The inhale arrives.
The exhale leaves.
A rhythm that requires no effort.
Letting the breath arrive effortlessly and leave effortlessly.
Breathing in any doubt,
Any tension,
And letting it all go.
Notice the crown of your head,
A light forming,
Golden sunlight,
Warm,
Bright,
Big.
Feel it flowing over the crown of your head.
You might notice subtle sensation,
Tingling.
You might notice nothing at all,
But see that light.
Notice your feet saying hello to the feet.
Perhaps for the first time today,
Feeling,
Imagining roots growing out of the bottom of your feet,
Going down through the floor,
Through the ground,
Through the earth,
All the way into the center of the earth.
Whatever that looks like to you.
And connecting into a place just for you.
Roots are strong.
Feeling the connection to the earth.
And imagining the roots sending back up all of the strength,
All of the groundedness from Mother Earth.
Up through the roots,
Up through the bottoms of your feet.
Feeling it now enter into your field,
Into your bloodstream,
All the way up the front,
Back,
Sides of your body.
The earth completely supporting you,
Safe now.
You're safe.
Notice how your feet are ready to move,
Ready to send information up to your throat.
Feel that.
Feel the throat.
Honor the throat.
The bridge between the mind and the body.
The sacred place where you've been keeping in so much.
So much wisdom.
So much heart.
So much fear.
Ask yourself if you're now ready to heal the throat.
Feeling the blue energy around the throat.
Hearing and feeling my words heal what's ready to come out.
See it.
Feel it.
Say it.
Breathe it.
It's safe to use your words now.
It's safe to use your words now.
You know exactly what to say and when to say it.
Feel your throat.
Be ready to soften,
To clear.
Clearing away anything that doesn't need to be there.
Seeing the channel clear.
Heal.
Heal.
Your words matter.
What you have to say will be understood by the right people at the right time.
It will all make sense.
Trust the power of your voice.
Trust that behind the fear,
The trembling,
That there is so much more.
Your throat thanks you for honoring and protecting it for so long.
You have taken care of this part of you for so long.
Trying in all the ways to keep yourself safe.
You've done such a good job.
You know inside that your heart,
Your voice is ready for more.
Or you wouldn't be here.
Trust that the magic of your voice will continue to unfold.
Day by day.
Week by week.
Year by year.
Every time you listen to this meditation.
Every time you focus on your voice,
Your throat.
You will feel more and more clear.
More and more ready to share,
To express.
To honor what has been waiting to come out your entire life.
You are safe.
You're ready to speak.
You're allowed to speak.
Your words matter.
Placing gently the hands on the throat or near the heart.
If that feels better.
Repeat after me.
Thank you throat.
I am ready to share what I've been too afraid to.
I'm ready to heal.
You're safe.
You have so much to say.
And I thank you for it.
I thank you for keeping me safe.
But I know you're ready to say more.
I'm sending so much love from my heart to yours.
I hope that in some way you feel it.
That it gives you exactly what you need in this moment.
And for the rest of the day.
Thank you so much for being here.
For listening.
Namaste.
