This guided heart coherence practice is a simple and effective way to activate parasympathetic nervous system and filnd calm and peace. This can be done by breathing through the nose with inhales and exhales lasting around 5.5 seconds which results in alignement of heart with lungs. To deepen the effect of the practice, we're using a custom 432 Hz ambient track with theta wave binaural beats, which is pulsing in rhythm needed to achieve heart coherence.
