Hello and welcome to this very quick,
Very effective and very easy meditation to reset your nervous system,
To realign you with your soul's purpose in just under three minutes.
So when you're ready,
Getting comfortable,
You don't need to be in a prime location,
You can be wherever you are,
Whether it's in your car,
Even in the washroom,
Just popping this in your ears to reset.
And we are going to go through a breathing exercise,
I'm going to get you to inhale.
And when we reach the top of the inhale,
You're going to hold for the count.
And then you're going to exhale.
And when I say so you're going to hold at the bottom.
So there's going to be a breath like this.
Inhale.
Holding at the top for 321 and release.
Holding at the bottom for 321.
We'll go through a few of these cycles,
But we'll get into it.
So when you're ready,
Breathing in through your nose.
Holding at the top for 321 and release.
Holding at the bottom for 321.
Inhale in through the nose.
Holding at the top for 321 and release.
Holding at the bottom for 321.
And now I just want you to come back to your regular breath.
I want you to place your attention on your heart space as you continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

You can do the sighing,
It is not required.
But just breathing here for a moment.
Placing your attention on your heart space coming back to your home.
Knowing that you're supported,
You're guided,
You are protected and loved.
