I invite you to find a comfortable place of stillness.
Just settling into the space,
Allowing your body to soften,
Your mind to soften.
As you settle into this space,
Feel the support of the earth beneath you,
Knowing you are safe.
You are held in the present moment,
Welcoming you once more to this sound bath.
Beginning by taking a deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And as the sounds around you begin to wash over you,
Find yourself to soften.
Let go of any expectations.
There's nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to be,
Nothing to figure out.
All you need to do is just be here.
Begin to guide your attention to the breath,
Softly and gently,
With ease.
As we enter this meditation,
We reflect on the truth that many of us have come to know.
Acceptance is the answer to all my problems today.
Allowing your awareness to rest on your breath.
With each inhale,
Welcome life.
With each exhale,
Let go of resistance.
Acceptance begins right here with this moment.
Begins with what is.
Begins with what if just for now we stop trying to change the moment.
And we let everything just be.
Use the breath to anchor you to the present moment.
Allow it to ground you in the here and now.
Knowing you are safe.
You're exactly where you're meant to be.
And I invite you to gently repeat these words after me,
Silently out loud,
Or simply allow them to wash over you.
I accept myself as I am.
I am perfectly imperfect,
And that's okay.
I'm growing.
We often seek to fix to change or improve.
But today healing begins with acceptance.
For you are not broken.
You are human.
And you are enough just as you are.
Maybe you wish to ask yourself,
What would it be like if you offered yourself compassion without judgment or kindness instead of shame?
Sitting with that question.
Let the sound carry away any thoughts that tell you otherwise.
And once more,
Maybe repeating to yourself.
I release control.
I choose acceptance.
Inviting a sense of peace to fill you now.
Surrendering to serenity.
You may wish to imagine breathing in acceptance and breathing out peace for a few breaths now.
Breathing in acceptance,
Breathing out peace.
And as you do this,
A sense of peace washes over you.
A sense of ease and serenity fills your heart.
Imagine breathing in surrender and breathing out serenity.
And as you do this,
You feel yourself surrendering to what is.
And a sense of serenity washes over you.
An inner knowing that you're going to be okay.
With each breath,
Feel yourself resting into a deeper stillness.
Knowing all is well,
Nothing needs to be different.
And maybe you wish to bring to mind something you need to accept.
Something going on right now that you wish to find a sense of peace and comfort in.
And as you bring to mind what you need to find acceptance and begin to go inward into your heart space,
The point in the center of the chest.
As you find the center of your heart space,
Begin to noticing what it looks like.
Noticing its color,
Every detail about the light,
The way it shimmers and shines.
This light with each breath begins to grow.
And as it grows,
Begins to cover your whole body.
And as you are held in this light,
You have an inner knowing that this is a healing light.
A safe light.
It is in this light that you know you can work deeply and fully be and relax.
That you can go inward into a space of deep healing.
And you allow yourself to do this now.
You allow yourself.
Just for today,
See what needs to be healed.
You begin to breathe in this light.
And as you breathe in this light,
You begin to accept whatever it is.
You find acceptance is the answer to all your problems today.
You breathe it into your heart space.
Your heart begins to send this light every cell of your being.
And as the light uplifts your vibration,
You have an inner sense that you are free.
You are whole.
As you sense that you are enough,
That you are not just as you are.
Accepting yourself as you are for who you truly are,
You accept that you are enough.
You accept that you are perfect and whole.
That you are lovable.
And you let this sound bath wash over you now.
Integrating everything you've opened to.
And as my voice begins to fade out,
Allow yourself to be held by the sounds of the bowls.
Need to release know you can do so.
And to bring awareness back into your body.
You may wish to do this by just noticing the rhythm of your breath.
Once more coming back into your body.
Silently or softly.
Repeat acceptance is the answer to all my problems today.
Know that the healing you've cultivated is with you always.
Begin to breathe a little more deeply.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Maybe gently even stretching.
Remembering you are a beautiful miracle.
Staying here for as long as you wish now.
But when you are ready,
May gently open your eyes and come back.
