This short, guided meditation is designed to help you shift your focus towards gratitude. Choosing to see the blessings in life is key to a more rewarding lived experience. Much of our suffering is the result of failing to see that life is supporting our growth, despite the many challenges.

Transcript

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Bring all of your awareness and focus to the breath.

The gentle flow in.

.

.

And out.

And drop out of the head into the heart center,

The center of the chest.

Allowing yourself to feel the etheric heart center between the lungs and the spine,

Just below the physical heart.

Allowing the breath to draw you deep within.

Every sound,

Every noise,

Every breath drawing you deeper and deeper and deeper within,

Reminding yourself that your etheric heart is the bridge between the spiritual world and the physical world,

Where we can connect most deeply with the Divine.

Allowing the breath to draw you into your etheric heart,

Your inner closet.

Feeling yourself expanding consciously within your heart center with each and every breath.

Reminding yourself there's absolutely nothing outside of yourself that requires your attention.

Reminding yourself,

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am blessed.

And as you focus on the word blessed,

As you focus on how truly blessed you are in your own unique way,

Allow yourself within your heart center to expand consciously into a state of gratitude,

Reminding yourself that as you choose to enter into the fullness of all that you are called to be in this life,

As you open to receive all that is rightfully yours in this life,

Absolutely everything that you require is already yours.

Reminding yourself as you reflect back over your life,

Reminding yourself as you reflect back over this lifetime,

The many challenges,

The many trials.

Take a moment to reflect on how you've grown from these experiences,

How you've grown from these experiences,

How you've matured spiritually,

How you've discovered greater authenticity,

How you've developed discernment,

What is true and just,

What is right,

How you continue to find ever greater meaning and purpose.

So often we focus on what we perceive that we might be lacking in life,

Our lower desires.

And it's important to regularly start and or end the day by allowing yourself to enter into a state of gratitude where all that you require is already yours.

Allow yourself to experience within your heart how truly blessed you are,

Letting go of all attachment to why things happened as they did,

Trusting that if and when you need to know,

You will.

Remind yourself,

I am truly blessed,

I am.

Remind yourself,

I am truly blessed,

I am.

For your gratitude is a demonstration of your willingness to be further blessed.

And so as you prepare to enter into the outer world,

To continue your day-to-day life,

Hold that sense of gratitude within your heart.

Allow yourself to be consciously aware of it throughout the day ahead.

And when you are ready,

And only when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
