Allow yourself to find a comfortable position.

You may be seated or lying down.

Allow your body to be supported.

Gently close down your eyes and take a slow deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale softly through the mouth.

Let the shoulders drop and let the jaw relax.

Take one more deep breath in and release it completely,

Allowing the breath to return to its natural rhythm.

There is nothing you need to do.

There is nowhere you need to be.

Now feel yourself entering a vast quiet darkness.

Not a darkness that is empty but a deep velvety black soft spacious and alive darkness.

This darkness does not rush you.

It does not demand anything from you.

You are safe here.

Notice if your mind wants to ask questions,

To analyze,

To create images or stories.

If thoughts arise,

Let them float by gently like a leaf floating downstream.

There is no need to follow them.

Be here now.

Feel yourself suspended in this black inky void.

Weightless,

Held,

Supported.

This is the unknown and right now you do not need answers.

Allow yourself to be here free from questions,

Free from having to solve or to understand.

And if fear appears notice it softly.

There is no need to push it away.

Meet it with a gentle curiosity.

Breathe and allow the darkness to receive it.

Remember within this darkness is where all life is formed.

This space is the great womb of the universe.

Infinite,

Quiet,

Quiet,

Creative,

Expansive.

All possibilities exist here yet nothing has to be chosen yet and nothing has to become anything.

See yourself as a seed resting beneath the soil.

Buried not to be lost but to grow.

There is no hurry.

No effort required.

Growth happens in its own time.

Feel the stillness around you and the stillness within you.

This is not emptiness.

This is preparation.

With each breath sink a little deeper into the supportive darkness.

Let the unknown hold you completely.

You may feel a subtle warmth a quiet murmur a gentle hum of life beneath the surface.

This is creation before form life before shape potential before expression.

Rest here.

If emotions arise uncertainty fear longing urgency let them be present without judgment.

Everything is welcomed here.

Why fear the void when everything you know and love was born from it?

Stay here for a moment.

Now gently notice that something within you is beginning to stir not yet visible,

Not yet defined.

Just a quiet knowing that life is forming.

You do not need to force it.

The darkness knows how to create what to create and the perfect moment to create it.

With each inhale feel nourishment.

With each exhale surrender.

You are not disappearing here.

You are becoming.

This is what it means to dive into the unknown.

Not to lose yourself but to meet yourself before the world shapes you.

Rest in this truth.

Begin to feel your physical body now.

The movement of your breath the support beneath you.

Carry the feeling of this darkness within you not as fear but as a place of trust of deep knowing.

A place you can return to at any moment.

Know that whenever life feels uncertain unknown whenever answers have not yet arrived you can sit in this not knowing and trust that something profoundly perfect is forming.

Take a deep breath in and slowly release.

When you're ready gently open your eyes.
