Feel your breath travel down the back of your throat.

The rise and fall of your chest,
Maybe even your belly.
Taking the time to witness each breath allows us to become present,
Allows each breath to become one of gratitude,
A moment of gratitude,
A moment of presence.
Allow your breath to be your anchor into this beautiful,

To serve your highest good,

Notice your throat.
You may feel the breath here,
A slight tingling or expansion as Reiki begins to clear out these default expressions.
As Reiki begins to bring specificity to your language,
To your vocabulary,
To the way in which you address others,
In which you express yourself.
There's this opening happening between the throat and the heart to help enhance this clarity in communication.
The throat is the area of our authenticity,
The expression of our true self,
And our truth lies within our heart.
There's this opening,
This fluidity beginning to evolve the connection of heart and throat,
Pulsing like waves.
There's this star beginning to blossom here.
It's like you're a north star settled right into your voice.
The integrity in your words,
The integrity in how you express yourself is coming into focus,
Coming into fruition.
Reiki is settling deep into your heart.
As that star,
Which I see is this blue and white,
Settles now into your heart space,
Bringing warmth,
Removing blocks,
Blocks to your heart,
To your ability to love.
Not just on this human expression,
It's this like soul expression of love.
This Christ consciousness,
This universal,
Unconditional expression of love that lives within us,
That connects each and every one of us.
It's this activation,
This re-ignition,
Really,
That brings integrity to our new expression to not just our words,
But our actions,
To our trust,
Our ability to trust ourselves and our intuition,
And in this divine force that supports each and every one of us,
The highest self.
Reiki is traveling deep into the pit of your belly.
It feels as if lava is boiling up and over,
And it's this eruption of new creations and ways of being,
Ready to surface,
Ready for you to express.
Reiki now travels into your root,
Into your legs,
To your thighs.
It feels stable.
You're very supported at this time in your creations,
In the form of expression you choose.
There's this tingling in your feet as you connect to the earth,
As the earth upgrades,
Upgrades templates,
Templates of being and living here on earth in a more aligned way.
Let's support not just you,
But the earth and one another.
And this upgrade into the physical body is felt all the way in your third eye,
Providing clarity and new insights into how the earth is evolving,
How you are evolving with it,
Renewing your trust and your own intuition.
Perhaps seeing that your intuition has been alive and strong for a long time,
