Relaxed journey with Driven Livin.

Today,

Our meditation aims to help you access your spiritual self and know and feel the fullness of who you truly are—immaculate beings with infinite potential.

Together,

We will use this moment to access the unconscious mind,

Locating and surfacing deeply rooted truths.

We'll integrate aspects from the Driven Livin' shift framework—serenity,

Harmony,

Introspection,

Faith,

And transformation.

As you settle comfortably into your position,

Allow my voice to guide you into profound peace and tranquility.

You're about to embark on a safe,

Serene journey within,

Just as you would on a well-planned road trip.

Begin by closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

And now gently exhale,

Letting go of all tension.

Allow each breath to carry you deeper into a state of relax.

Feel your body become heavier with each exhale,

As if you're sinking into the plush seat of a luxurious vehicle perfectly designed for comfort.

Keeping focus on our breath,

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs and drawing the breath all the way to the top of your head,

And hold it.

Now blow all that air out,

Slowly,

Feeling it move through your body to the bottom of your toes.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Each breath takes you deeper into a state of profound relax.

Breathe in deeply,

All the way to the top of your head.

Hold it.

Blow out slowly,

Down to the bottom of your toes,

And hold.

Now breathe in deeply,

All the way to the top,

Hold,

And blow all that air out,

All the way to the bottom,

Deep.

Again,

Breathe in,

Going up each center through the body,

All the way up to the top of the head,

And hold that breath.

Slowly blow it all out,

Down,

Down,

And hold it.

Feel how each breath cycle takes you deeper,

Relax,

Allowing your mind and body to settle peacefully.

Starting from the top of your head,

Bring awareness to your scalp,

Forehead,

And eyes,

And completely relax these areas.

Imagine a warm wave of relax flowing through your facial muscles,

Neck,

And shoulders,

Releasing any tightness.

Feel this wave continue down your arms,

Chest,

Abdomen,

Legs,

And finally to your feet.

Every part of your body is now deeply relaxed,

Calm,

And centered.

Now let's deepen this relax even further.

Picture a golden light above your head,

Representing pure,

Relaxed energy.

As this golden light touches the top of your head,

Feel its warmth spreading through your attention.

This golden light flows gently into your eyes,

Cheeks,

And jaw,

Relaxing every muscle and fiber.

Let it move into your neck,

Melting away any stiffness.

It flows down into your shoulders,

Releasing all burdens and stress.

This golden light continues down your arms,

Into your hands and fingers,

Leaving a trail of deep relax.

Feel it flowing into your chest,

Your heart becoming lighter and open.

It moves into your abdomen,

Relaxing all your internal organs and bringing peace and harmony.

The golden light flows down into your hips,

Thighs,

And knees,

Releasing any tightness in your legs.

Finally,

It reaches your calves,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

Your entire body is now enveloped in this warm golden light,

Deeply relaxed and at peace.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful ancient forest.

The air is fresh and filled with the scent of pine and earth.

You hear the gentle rustling of leaves and the distant call of birds.

With each step you take on the soft forest floor,

You feel more and more relaxed.

The ground beneath you is covered in a carpet of moss,

Cushioning your feet and welcoming each step you take.

As you walk deeper into the forest,

Notice the tall trees surrounding you.

Their leaves form a canopy overhead,

Filtering the sunlight into soft,

Dappling patterns on the path.

Each step you take brings you closer to a state of deeper relax,

Closer to inner peace.

Ahead,

You see a clearing filled with bright,

Radiant light.

This light is so inviting,

It feels like a haven.

As you approach,

You realize this space is a depiction of heaven.

It is filled with vibrant colors.

Whispers of the wind and an overwhelming sense of love and peace.

Step into this bright,

Tranquil space,

Feeling the warmth and light enveloping you completely.

Now that you are fully relaxed and present in this heavenly space,

Let's focus on your spiritual being.

Know that you are more than just your physical body.

You are energetic.

Your presence vibrates with frequencies that extend beyond the physical body.

Beyond the visible realm,

Creating a field of energy around you.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing in pure energy from the universe.

This energy is filled with love,

Compassion,

And gratefulness.

With each exhale,

Release negativity or doubt,

Allowing your true frequency to shine brighter and clearer.
