Filling your lungs and drawing the breath to the top of your head.

Hold it.

Now blow all the air out,

Slowly feeling it move through your body to the bottom of your toes,

Breathe in deeply,

All the way to the top of your head,

And hold it,

And blow all that air out through your body down to the bottom of your toes,

Blow out slowly,

All the way to the bottom,

All the way to the top,

And release all that air,

All the way back down,

Holding.

Feel how each breath cycle takes you deeper into relax,

From the top of your head,

Bring awareness to your scalp,

Forehead,

Eyes,

And relax these areas thoroughly.

Imagine a warm wave of relax blowing through your facial muscles,

Neck,

And shoulders,

Releasing any tightness.

Feel this wave continue down your arms,

Chest,

Abdomen,

Legs,

And finally to your feet.

Every part of your body is now deeply relaxed,

Picture a golden light above your head,

The golden light flows down into your hips,

Thighs,

And knees,

It reaches your calves,

And toes.

Your entire body is now enveloped in this warm,

Golden light,

Deeply relaxed and at peace.

Imagine yourself standing at the base of a majestic mountain range.
