
Deep Body Relaxation
Physical tension can make it difficult to settle comfortably into sleep. This guided meditation helps release accumulated stress and muscular tension by bringing gentle awareness to each area of the body and encouraging a gradual state of deep relaxation. As the body softens and breathing becomes slower and more natural, the nervous system is given the opportunity to shift from activity into rest. A relaxed body creates the conditions for deeper comfort, restoration, and more restorative sleep. Set the Intention: “Tonight I allow my body to relax completely and drift naturally into restful sleep.”
