Let's begin by getting comfortable in a seated or lying down position.
Then take a deep breath in and letting it go.
Allow your eyes to gently close and with each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed.
Notice the rhythm of your breath,
Slow and steady.
Guides you deeper and deeper into a place of comfort.
With each exhale,
You release tension allowing you to feel lighter and freer.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind can begin to relax as well.
It's as if your thoughts like gentle clouds float by with ease,
Leaving space for calmness and clarity to fill you up.
You may notice that with each moment,
The thoughts that no longer serve you become more distant as you begin to focus on what you need now.
You can take a moment to acknowledge the very natural feeling of ease that's flowing through you right now.
And if you imagine the path ahead,
You can also notice that with each breath,
You're preparing yourself to make decisions that truly serve your highest good.
And as you take another breath,
Deeper this time,
And with every inhalation,
You feel more certain,
More confident,
Knowing the changes you desire are possible and right within your reach.
As you relax even more,
You might notice how naturally confidence grows within you.
Like a powerful tool is open to ideas and insights that help you trust yourself more.
Your inner strength is growing.
You may realize deep within that you're capable of more than you ever thought possible and that everything you need to make this change is already within you.
And as you think about this next chapter of your life,
You might feel a new sense of clarity,
A feeling that says,
I can do this.
I can do this.
I can do this.
Confidence is something you carry with you quietly,
Powerfully,
Every step of the way.
It's part of you that's right there waiting for the right moment to rise.
And you can feel it within you,
Increasing with every breath that you take.
With every inhale,
Increasing the confidence,
The feeling of confidence within.
As you continue to exhale tension,
And what no longer serves you,
The confidence that's always been there,
Waiting for the right moment to rise.
And now imagine a time in your life when you made a choice,

You knew at that moment,
You could take control of your life,
That you were in charge of what happens next.
Feel that empowerment.
Feel that empowerment growing.
As you realize that making change isn't something that happens to you.

How does it feel to be this person?
Integrate your senses into this imagery.

How does it taste to live this life you've always wanted?
How does it sound to live the life you've always imagined?
How does it feel to be this person?
How does it feel to make decisions from a place of power and self-assurance?
Feel the sense of satisfaction,
Of pride growing within you,
Knowing that you are living the life you've always desired.
You've made it through the door and now you're walking confidently,
Each day feeling easier,
Lighter,
More fulfilled.
And now as you bring this confidence and clarity with you,
Take a moment to feel all the positive changes you've imagined and begin to bring your awareness back to the present.
Bring back everything you need to remember about this experience and leave behind everything you need to forget.
And in a moment,
