This session is suitable for a lunch break, the end of a working day, or any moment when you need to decompress. This practice is offered as a general wellbeing and mindfulness exercise. In this session you will: - Create a deliberate boundary between work and this moment of rest - Complete a gentle body scan to notice where the day has landed - Work with a 'sky and clouds' mindfulness metaphor for busy, racing thoughts - Gain perspective and set a small, grounding intention for the rest of the day This meditation is ideal for employees, managers, healthcare workers, teachers, carers, and anyone whose working life regularly generates high levels of stress. No prior experience of mindfulness or meditation is needed.
