Welcome.
We don't need to fix anything right now.
There's nothing to get right here.
If it feels okay,
Allow yourself.
To arrive.
Wherever you are.
Sitting,
Standing.
Lying down.
Any way your body is.
Is okay.
Something in you is stirred up right now.
Keyed up.
Brace.
Ready for something.
That's a body doing its job,
Protecting you the best way it knows.
We're not going to fade it We're just going to give it a little more room.
And when you're ready,
Take a breath in through your nose.
Unhurried.
Maybe to a slow count of four.
And now let it out through your mouth.
Even slower like a long breath.
Quiet sigh.
Letting the exhale take its time.
And again,
In through the nose,
Gathering.
And out through the mouth,
Long and slow.
Our exhale is the resting place.
Let it be longer than the inhale.
And let it empty all away.
And if your mind is busy.
That's okay.
It doesn't need to be quiet.
For this to support you.
Just keep returning to the out breath.
The way you'd return to a path through fields.
In.
.
.
And long slow out.
And maybe this time as you exhale.
Let your shoulders drop just a little.
Or your jaw.
Whatever wants to soften.
Just a few percent.
And let's stay with this for a few more rounds at your own pace now.
And through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Long and unhurried.
And I'll be quiet with you.
And now let's notice without judging it.
If anything is even slightly different.
Than when we first began our practice together.
And this is not about fixing,
Just difference.
A little more room.
A little more space maybe.
And that's the practice.
Your body knew how to do this all along.
We just gave it permission.
And whenever you're ready.
Let your breath return to normal.
And take this next moment however feels supportive.
