Hi,
My name is Dieke and I'm going to be guiding you through a very gentle body caress.
Which you can do basically first thing in the morning.
It's designed in that way to straightaway connect to your body and connect to your feminine power,
Your feminine essence,
Which lives in your body.
And so if you don't appreciate connect to your body,
What's going to happen is that during your day,
You're going to be mainly living from your head and forget that this.
.
.
Is a very important part of who you are this is where it feels like home this is where you can soften into this is where that feminine playful alive part of you lives so it's important to acknowledge that part of you It's going to be just a few minutes as this practice is designed for you to eventually just do by yourself without necessarily my guidance.
But it's nice to first be guided through it so that you can get used to practices like this and then hopefully apply them naturally every morning when you wake up.
Okay,
One bell marks the start,
Three bells mark the end.
You And so personally,
I do this practice when I am literally just waking up.
I am still under the covers,
So you can do that also,
Or otherwise I recommend you just lying down,
But you can also do it sitting.
And the idea is that first of all,
Your eyes are still closed.
You're noticing the day wakes up.
So maybe taking a gentle breath.
A gentle sigh out.
And so you're bringing that awareness to your breathing.
Maybe noticing your.
.
.
Belly gently rising.
With every in breath.
Or falling with every out breath.
And once you've noticed your breathing,
Want you to place your hands on your lower belly.
So placing your hands on your womb.
Again syncing the breathing with that touch so maybe now Physically you're noticing your hands gently rising with an in-breath that you're taking.
And your hands gently dropping with the out breath.
So you're not necessarily controlling or changing your breathing you're just witnessing noticing how your breathing is so naturally just happening for you.
Without you having to do anything for it.
It's your body working for you.
Then from here starting that caress basically let's scan that connection with the body And so you can give your belly a few gentle belly strokes.
Inviting your belly to really be relaxed.
We've been so conditioned as women to suck in our bellies,
To judge our bellies,
To shame them,
To blame them for not being flat enough or not the right shape.
Or whatever it is.
And yet,
It's this part of our body that houses a lot of our feminine energy,
A lot of our feminine power,
Which is probably exactly the reason we've been taught.
All of these shame stories.
And so by gently caressing and connecting to your belly,
You're communicating like,
Ah,
I.
Feel you i acknowledge you thank you for being part of my body And then from there,
Whether you're lying down or sitting,
You can stroke down to your leg.
To your hips and maybe you have to lift your legs up under the covers.
See if you can make yourself.
Stroke down eventually to your feet,
Your toes.
Maybe a gentle massage of your feet.
Or pressing,
Exploring some few pressure points on the ball of your feet.
And caressing up.
After you've connected to the base of your body,
Remembering,
Oh yeah,
My legs,
My feet walk me through my day.
They help me ground.
Anchor point of my body.
And also making sure you caress all parts of your body so you're not skipping anything.
So touching also your yoni.
So that's your vulva.
Your hips,
Your ribs so now stroking up making your way up to your breath holding your breasts for a moment.
Maybe again just waiting a moment to witness your breath.
Coming and going.
And then also stroking up.
Starting to connect to your shoulders,
Your arm.
So basically through touch,
You're connecting to every part of your body,
Acknowledging all of this is part of me.
It's safe to be in my body.
I appreciate my body.
And eventually caressing up to your face.
Your hair,
Your head.
Beautiful.
And now once you've.
.
.
Connected and caressed and touched every part of your body.
You can place one hand on your heart,
One hand on your lower belly,
On your womb.
Again just finding one breath that your body so naturally takes being present with that.
.
You You can come into a little namaste.
Placing your hands together either in front of your third eye in front of your heart Just a thank you to yourself for showing up.
Have a beautiful day.
