Welcome to this meditation,
Which is specifically designed to help you connect to your three feminine power centers.
And what it does is basically empower you and anchor you in these three feminine power centers.
And so the intention is that you really come sort of like home to yourself,
Home to your body,
That you can actually unwind and relax.
And at the same time,
Basically come out of this meditation feeling empowered and anchored and more deeply connected to your feminine nature and to your body.
So for the meditation,
What I recommend is that you create a safe and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
So ideally,
You would do this maybe in your bedroom.
I would actually recommend doing this meditation either sitting up or lying down,
Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
You're going to hear one bell,
Which marks the start of this meditation,
And three bells mark the end of this meditation.
And then we're going to start off by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your lungs.
And then exhale through an open mouth,
Sigh it out.
So really relaxing your jaw.
Let's do that again.
Deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs.
Exhale,
Open mouth,
Side out.
Now let's do that one more time.
Maybe on the exhale now,
Making a gentle sound to help you even relax more.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Sigh it out with a gentle sound.
And then from here,
Coming into a space of stillness.
Shifting the focus and the awareness to your body.
And see if you can notice all those points where your body is connecting to the surface,
To the mattress,
To the yoga mat,
The chair,
Wherever you're at.
Scanning and tuning in with all those touch points.
Noticing what your body is supported.
Knowing that you are safe and held.
And so through sensing all those touch points,
All those connection points,
Getting this sense of support of safety.
And so just making sure your belly is soft and relaxed,
Letting it puff out naturally,
Or letting it naturally flow with every inhale and exhale.
Relaxing your hands,
Letting your fingers curl up naturally.
And relaxing your shoulders,
Letting your shoulders get heavy.
Letting them either sink down or sink into the floor.
And then relaxing your jaw,
Letting your lips gently separate,
Maybe even relaxing your tongue.
And then from here,
Taking one more deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs.
And exhale,
Sigh it out.
And then from here,
Just taking a moment to rest,
To rejuvenate.
Nowhere else to go,
Nothing else to do.
This is your time.
You can even imagine that your body is letting go and releasing anything that's not serving,
Anything that's not yours,
Anything that's not necessary anymore.
You can imagine that that's just flowing down into the earth through those connection points of your body and the surface and the earth.
Almost like there is this natural ecosystem between your body and the earth.
And at the same time,
You're allowing yourself to just receive also whatever it is that you need in this moment.
Allowing your system to be cleansed and rejuvenated,
Recharged.
And then taking another deep breath in.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
And then from here,
Gently bringing a little bit of movement into your fingers.
And I want you to place your hands on your lower belly.
So physically connecting to that first feminine power center.
And you can just rub your lower belly gently.
Just holding your hands there and just feeling the warmth of your hands on your belly.
Maybe noticing how your hands gently rise with every inhale.
And gently drop with every exhale.
And you can even imagine this orange color.
You can imagine this water-like quality.
Water-like essence.
And now just resting your hands in stillness on your lower belly and taking three in an exhales into the space just below your hands.
Just see if you can direct your breathing there.
Bringing all of your attention,
All of your presence to that space just below your hands.
And so remembering that this part of your body connects you to the feminine power of your sensuous,
Fluid,
Water-like nature.
Your ability to feel,
To create life.
To be alive and have this sense of aliveness.
The sense of radiance and playfulness.
You could even ask yourself the question or asking this power center,
This part of your body.
What is the message that you have for me?
What is something that you'd like to tell me?
Something that you'd like me to know or to remember?
And just trusting whatever comes,
Whether that's a visual,
Whether that's words,
Whether that's a feeling.
And then taking one more deep breath here.
And then thanking this part of your body.
And then slowly stroking your hands up towards your heart,
Second feminine power center.
And so at first you can just gently caress your heart,
Your breasts.
Just physically connecting to this part of your body.
Maybe drawing some circles or holding your breasts.
You might like to imagine this green or pink color.
And the element here is air.
And then slowly resting your hands on your heart.
Maybe you can feel your heartbeat or noticing the warmth of your hands radiating into your heart.
And then taking three deep breaths into this part of your body into the space below your hands.
See if you can direct all of your presence all of your awareness there.
Remembering that this part of your body connects to the theme of empathy,
Unconditional love,
This ability to nurture and nourish.
And so you can ask this part of your body,
Ask yourself,
What's the message?
What do you have to say for me?
What do you want me to remember in this moment?
And again,
Just trusting in whatever way that message comes.
And then taking one more deep breath here.
Mmm.
And then slowly moving your hands up,
Caressing them up towards your forehead,
Towards that space in between your eyebrows,
Towards your third eye center,
Third feminine power center.
And so here you might want to stroke up from in between your eyebrows over to the top of your forehead where you can even massage out your temples.
Just physically connecting to your third feminine power center in this way.
The color is this deep dark indigo blue.
The element is ether.
You might even like to sort of like tap with your fingertips on your forehead like raindrops.
And then letting your hands come to stillness,
Resting them on your forehead.
And taking three deep in and exhales into the space just below your hands,
Just directing your intention,
Your awareness there.
Remembering the theme,
The life lesson,
The superpower here is your intuition,
Your ability to know beyond logically knowing and understanding things,
Because you can sense it.
Your body is designed and wired to pick up all of these signals.
And so you can ask this part of your body,
What is the message you hold?
What would you like to communicate to me today?
What would you like me to remember?
And once again,
Just trusting in whatever shape or form this message comes.
And then taking one more deep breath in.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
And then slowly removing your hands from your forehead,
Gently placing them back down,
Resting by your side or in your lap.
And we'll just take a moment,
A minute or so here in stillness just to let that integrate.
Becoming a witness of your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions,
Whatever is alive right now.
And so this marks the end of this meditation.
Slowly bringing some movement back into your body.
You might like to wiggle your fingers or your toes.
So coming back to the here and now.
You might like to just caress or squeeze your body.
And then bringing your hands into a Namaste.
So bring them together in front of your heart.
I'm just taking a moment to thank yourself for showing up,
For creating this time,
This space to connect to yourself,
To connect to your body.
And to honor your feminine nature.
And then lastly,
One thing I highly recommend is just taking a moment to journal,
To write down any insights,
Or maybe even to write down the messages that you received from each of those three feminine power centers,
So that you can really remember,
You can really listen,
And keep connecting and keep coming back to yourself.
