Hello and welcome.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation where we will meet ourselves with love and compassion.
If you're ready to begin,
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Gently closing your eyes.
Directing your awareness inward.
Connecting with the breath here.
Allowing this breath to deepen you.
As you take a fuller inhale.
Arriving here in the present moment.
And a full exhale.
As you allow yourself to relax into this space.
Taking a couple more deep breaths here.
To really drop in.
Getting into deeper relaxation.
Knowing that you are supported.
Allowing your body to soften.
Feeling the ground beneath that holds you.
Knowing that it is safe.
For you.
To relax here.
And taking another deep breath here.
We're going to journey into this visualization meditation together.
With your eyes closed.
You see yourself sitting.
Exactly as you are now.
You're sitting in a quiet,
Peaceful room.
The space feels safe.
Warm.
Help.
There's a chair in front of you.
And in this moment,
It is empty.
You notice.
To your right hand side.
There's a door.
And slowly that door begins to open.
And you see a light shining so brightly from this door.
As a person begins to enter.
The light is so bright that you can't see who it is.
Until they sit down in front of you.
Facing you.
And you realize that this person sitting across from you is yourself.
And your gaze meets softly.
And curiously.
Notice their eyes.
Their presence.
The way they hold themselves.
There is absolutely no judgment here.
Only understanding.
Only love.
Just taking this moment to be present here with yourself.
And as you're looking at you Noticing any feelings.
Or sensations that may arrive.
Just allowing all of that to settle.
Just coming into full presence here.
And as you are looking into your eyes.
You now begin to become aware.
This person looking back at you.
Knows the entirety of your story.
They know who you are.
And not just who you are today,
But you in your wholeness.
Everything that you have been through.
All of the beauty and the joy.
As well as all of the tender moments.
All of the hurt.
The Betrayal all of the ways that you have betrayed others.
And betrayed yourself.
They know your deepest fears.
They know the weight of the grief that you carry.
This person looking at you knows everything that you carry within you.
All of the things you have never shared with anyone else.
This person sitting here looking at you.
They know.
And still you can feel.
This gentle,
Steady presence within them.
Disallowing yourself to be here.
With whatever this might bring up for you.
Now this person looking at you.
They say to you.
I know.
And I still love you.
I am so sorry.
And I forgive you.
Thank you.
Thank you for everything.
And still.
I love you.
Allowing yourself to feel the fullness.
And feel this love pour forth from this person who's looking at you right now.
As you both open up your hearts.
The stream of love pours forth from this person across from you directly into your heart,
Filling you with so much love.
You feel how genuine this love is.
You feel the compassion.
You feel all the grace.
And the gentleness of their presence as they are here with you.
This beautiful stream of love pours forth from their heart into yours.
Allowing yourself to receive this love.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm allowing all of this gratitude.
Love.
And compassion.
To pour forth from your heart to theirs.
As you realize that you know everything that they have been through as well.
You know their story.
You know,
All of the things that make up who they are.
And you love them anyways.
So allowing this love.
To flow freely between the two of you here now.
This gentle compassion.
This warm presence.
This quiet but steady strength.
And you say thank you again.
I love you.
Thank you for being here with me.
And you give each other a smile.
Maybe even a laugh.
You get up and you give each other a hug.
And they say,
OK,
I'm ready.
Then they turn.
And they walk back out through that door.
And as you come back to your seat.
You feel yourself.
A little bit lighter.
A little bit softer.
And more open.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
You might place a hand over your heart.
Feeling the warmth of your own touch.
Begin to feel into this space.
As if there is a warm glowing light within you.
Steady loving presence.
Silently offering yourself the same love and compassion.
And as you offer yourself this compassion.
This warm glowing light within your heart starts to expand.
And glow brighter.
As you now tell yourself.
I love you.
Thank you.
I am grateful for you.
I love you.
And I am so loved.
Feeling this radiant warmth.
Flowing from your heart.
Expand within your entire field.
Fully covering you in this light energy.
That fills you.
With love.
Compassion.
And grace.
Allowing this energy to flow.
To gently soften and integrate.
Throughout your entire being.
And now taking a deep breath here.
And exhaling with a sigh.
As we prepare to transition.
And now gently.
And softly.
Opening your eyes Bringing a light stretch into your body.
As you take another breath here.
One last deep exhale.
And now may you continue carrying on forward,
Carrying with you this energy of grace,
Love,
And compassion.
