Welcome to Divinity Embodied.
My name is Kali and I invite you to join me here for this meditation to cultivate love within.
Find yourself a comfortable position and close your eyes as we prepare to journey inward.
Taking a deep breath.
Him.
Meeting yourself in your center.
As you exhale.
Allow yourself to surrender into the arms of the creator as you continue with this breath every exhale allowing yourself to soften and relax a little bit deeper.
As we breathe in this energy Knowing that we are safe.
We are supported.
We're sustained by this infinite source of love within us.
Feeling the support of the earth beneath that holds you brilliant strength and stability.
As he grounds you down to the earth.
Feeling your body the body of the earth.
Become one.
And as you inhale,
Drawing up that energy of the earth feeling this greater sense of power and strength.
Rise all the way up through the core of your being.
Allowing that to be the container that holds you here.
Calling on the support of the divine above feeling this white light heavenly energy stream down from the heavens It flows through your entire body filling every cell with white light with every breath you're breathing in this fresh new life force energy.
With every exhale,
Allowing it to be integrated.
Throughout your entire being.
Now centering into the heart where these two energies from above and below unite into one.
As these two energies converge and me at this point in your heart begin to spiral and swirl all around and throughout your being.
Creating this beautiful dance of light energy that flows through you until your entire body becomes this clear channel of light energy that flows through here in this space we awaken the infinite love that is the source that sustains us breathes us into life.
This infinite source of unconditional,
Eternal all-powerful love allowing this love to radiate into every fiber every bone,
Every muscle of our body Allowing this love to shine.
Into our mind to bring clarity.
To our thoughts.
Bringing a sense of ease and relaxation to the body and feeling this sense of love continue to grow and shine brighter.
It completely fills you with this beautiful light energy it expands beyond your physical body into the space around you this love may shine in all that you speak all that you create All of the thoughts and ideas come from this place of love within.
This love ripples out touching the hearts of every person that you come in contact with.
And helping them remember the infinite love within them this infinite love that is within all of us.
Infinite love within every living thing.
Held in this field of infinite love you fully reclaim.
The remembrance.
I am whole.
I'm fully capable.
I am eternally and infinitely loved.
God created me to love and be loved.
To experience love is my divine birthright.
To allow yourself to soften to the sense of ease knowing that you are fully taken care of.
And rise into the empowerment of knowing this infinite power of love will continue to fuel you and carry you forward throughout the rest of your days.
Feeling this gratitude light you up Inviting you to rise and move forward in the knowing that you were meant for this.
