In this meditation, you will experience a visualisation that uses metaphor to help you integrate and accept all parts of yourself. Allow yourself to be guided on this inner journey. Visualisations are a powerful way to communicate with the subconscious mind. We are beings of stories. We tell ourselves stories about who we are and who we are not, often based on past misinterpretations. Allow yourself to tell a different story and let your body integrate this new reality at a cellular level. I wish you a wonderful journey. Namaste.

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Take a breath in and out.

Connect with your body.

Feel the weight of your body against the cushion.

Feel where your body touches the cushion.

Start relaxing all the muscles of your body.

Imagine a golden light coming from the top of your crown and going down.

Relaxing your forehead,

Relaxing the space in between the eyebrows.

Softening the jaw,

Relaxing.

This golden light goes down.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Dropping them down.

Relaxing your arms,

Your chest.

Relaxing your belly.

This golden light goes down.

Relaxing your legs into your feet and your toes.

Fully relaxing your whole body.

Your whole body is full with this golden light.

As you sit with a straight spine,

With a relaxed body,

You start to go within even deeper and deeper.

Into deeper layers of yourself.

Knowing that you are safe here and that you can relax and everything else can wait.

And like a dream,

You imagine.

Imagine now that you are in a big art studio with huge windows that overlook a beautiful garden.

As you walk into this art studio,

You see some frames around.

A table with some sketchbooks and some art materials like brushes,

Paint and clay.

You notice the sun shining its light towards a sculpture in the middle of this art studio.

You get closer to it.

What is it made of?

Is it clay?

Or wood?

Or concrete?

Or maybe something else?

This work of art represents you,

Your story,

Your relationships,

Everything that you have lived so far.

You take a step forward to see this sculpture a bit better.

You touch it.

You walk around it,

Noticing all the details.

And as you see it closer,

You realize now that it's missing a lot of pieces,

Some smaller and some bigger.

You look on the floor and you see a golden basket near the sculpture.

It feels like it's vibrating the most warm,

Loving energy from it.

Like a radiant light pulsing,

As if it had life of its own.

As if it were woven with threads made of unconditional love.

As soon as you hold this golden basket in your hands,

You are transported into your timeline,

Back when you were conceived,

When you were a baby,

A child,

Teenager,

To exactly where those missing pieces of the sculpture are.

On this path,

As you walk,

You find all of the pieces of things that you didn't like about yourself,

That maybe you are ashamed of,

Of parts that you might have rejected or didn't allow to be seen.

And now you find all of these pieces on this path,

Like breadcrumbs,

Some bigger,

Some smaller,

And maybe you are not feeling so happy to see them again.

But you place each of one carefully inside the golden basket anyway.

And as soon as you place them inside,

These pieces are bathed with this energy of love.

And you keep gathering them from the path,

One by one.

And the more that you collect them in your timeline,

And they receive love from the basket,

The more this unconditional love starts to touch your heart.

The way this basket welcomes the parts of you that you once rejected,

The way this basket holds them with an energy of non-judgement and with so much compassion,

It touches your heart,

It shifts something inside of you,

It softens the harsh edges within,

The edges that were built out of fear of not being good enough,

Of doing things the wrong way,

Of making mistakes,

You start to open yourself to accept all of these parts back into yourself,

To welcome them,

To understand them.

To know that this was the way that you had to deal with things,

The resources that you had back then.

And once the basket is full,

And every piece has received the love that it needed,

It feels like you are holding all of this love in your hands.

And this love starts to overflow from the basket into your hands,

Into your arms,

Into your heart.

Feel all of these parts being integrated back into your heart now.

And you feel this overflowing love coming to your heart.

Feel how it feels to have your heart full of love and acceptance.

As all of these parts start to naturally come back into yourself,

Making you feel whole and complete as you are.

This wonderful feeling of love brings you back into the art studio,

And you look at the sculpture again in front of you with fresh eyes.

And you start grabbing from the golden basket all of the pieces that you have gathered.

And you start to glue them back into the sculpture,

One by one,

Knowing exactly where each piece goes,

Because each piece is part of your story.

This process becomes therapeutic to you,

As you feel a sense of joy in your body every time you glue one little piece together.

And you keep doing it,

One by one,

Gluing it in your sculpture.

You feel that each piece is essential to the whole,

And they start to become part of it,

Until all pieces are where they are supposed to be,

Where they truly belong.

As you look at your sculpture,

Seeing all the parts glued back in their original place,

You feel you also have a place in the world,

And that you are allowed to be,

And to exist,

And to take up space.

You have a feeling of being whole,

Being accepted as you are.

This sculpture reminds you to honor your path,

Your story,

And that you are who you are today because of everything that you went through.

Feel how it feels to be whole and complete as you are,

That all your parts are together.

There is a sense of harmony and peace as you notice that you can breathe better,

And that you have all that you need to move forward with faith,

Strength,

And courage.

Knowing that you have already overcome so much,

And that everything that you went through brought you here and now.

And you open yourself up to the new,

To the unknown,

Because you know you can face anything,

And that life is always supporting you,

As it always did up until now.

There is some kind of magic when you look at your complete sculpture,

Which tells a unique story,

The story of your life up until now.

It holds all the cracks that made the light come through.

It holds all the beauty and all the learnings that made your full self.

You look at all the pieces that you glued back together with all their quirks and imperfections,

And for the first time you can see beauty in all of them.

With your full heart,

You feel this softness within you,

And in this softness there is a lot of strength and inner power.

As you feel so much gratitude and appreciation for all the versions of you that made you who you are today.

Hug the sculpture now,

And feel how it merges with you,

As you feel whole and complete.

Take a deep breath in,

And out.

Start to feel your body again.

Feel your breath,

And the weight of your body against the floor,

Or chair,

Or the cushion.

Start slowly moving your fingertips and toes,

Reconnecting with your physical body,

And slowly open your eyes.

Namaste.
