And then a long,

Releasing any tension.
Now,
Bring your attention to the top of your head.
Notice any sensations there,
Warmth,
Tingling,
Calmness.
With your next breath,
Allow any tension to melt away.
Slowly move your awareness down to your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
And your jaw.
Let your face relax,
Releasing any tightness.
Continue scanning down to your neck and shoulders.
If you notice any heaviness or stiffness,
Breathe into those areas,
Letting them soften with each exhale.
Let your attention flow down to your arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
And hands.
Notice how your body feels.
Perhaps you sense the wisdom in your muscles,
The stories in your skin.
Appreciate the journey your body has taken.
Bring awareness to your chest and heart.
Feel your breath moving in and moving out.
With each heartbeat,
Acknowledge the resilience and strength you've gained over the years.
Move down to your stomach and lower back.
If you feel any discomfort or tension,
Offer it kindness and acceptance.
Your body has supported you through so much.
Now,
Scan through your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
And down to your calves,
Ankles,
And feet.
Notice any sensations,
Warmth,
Coolness,
Or pressure.
Thank your legs and feet for carrying you through life's journey.
Take this moment to honor your body as it is right now.
Aging is a natural,
Beautiful process.
A sign of living,
Learning,
And growing.
With each breath,
Invite gratitude for the experiences,
The wisdom,
And memories your body holds.
